The house is located 3 minutes by car from the famous Maldives of Salento which is just one of the beautiful beaches (free and / or equipped), characterized by fine white sand and a crystal clear sea, which can be found on this coast.
However, even the lovers of the rocks will not be disappointed, in just 5 minutes, in fact, you can get to Torre Vado, a predominantly rocky seaside resort where you can take advantage of the promenade for pleasant walks on warm summer evenings.
The house is also located 10km from Santa Maria di Leuca, 35km from Gallipoli, 35km from Castro (La Sorgente and Zinzulusa) and 58km from Otranto (Alimini-Baia dei Turchi-Santo Stefano) all blue flags 2019. Composed of: a double bedroom;
a room with a bunk bed for one and a half (useful for three people);
kitchen-living room with sofa bed;
bathroom with shower corner and washing machine;
sea view terrace;
second bathroom;
veranda and large outdoor area with barbeque;
outdoor parking space.
