This charming apartment, with independent entrance, is located in the center of Rincon de la Victoria, just 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and all services.

The apartment has a beautiful bedroom with double bed and beautiful views of the garden of the apartment.

The apartment has its own separate bathroom with a large shower tray.


The living room is divided into two areas, a comedory area and another TV area with a chaise longue and a television with Chrome. In this same space is the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished. It has dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ceramic hob, kitchen robot, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, etc.

The house has wifi network, a large garden with private pool and a patio both with garden furniture and barbecue.

Como en casa

Hemos disfrutado 9 días y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Todo muy bien, la única pega sería que añadiría algún electrodoméstico como tostadora. Y en la limpieza tendrían que ser un poco más exhaustivos ya que la sandwichera y bandeja de horno estaban sucias de anteriores personas alojadas. Los propietarios muy majos y aunque viven en las plantas superiores no hemos coincidido con ellos en la piscina.

El apartamento está en buena zona y cerca de la playa aunque es recomendable coger el coche porque hay muchas cuestas para ir. La piscina no es del todo privada. Se comparte con los propietarios de la casa aunque es cierto que, cuando nosotros hemos estado, ellos no han bajado. La atención por parte de la propietaria ha sido muy buena. Lo único negativo que encuentro es el olor a cañerías en el propio apartamento y el menaje de la cocina que está bastante sucio y deteriorado.

El olor a cañerías se debe a un problema puntual de una humedad que ha salido en el baño y que esta misma semana está pendiente de reparar por parte del seguro. En cuanto al menaje deteriorarado (que no sucio) gracias por comentárnoslo... lo renovaremos. Gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar. ¡Estaremos encantados de volver a recibiros! Un saludo
