2 Hillside Cottages is a charming, semi-detached property located between Felixstowe and Ipswich in the Suffolk village of Kirton. It boasts two bedrooms; a king-size double (zip/link can be twins on request) and a twin, sleeping four in total. There is also a bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for one car and a front, enclosed garden with a lawn. 2 Hillside Cottages offers a restful getaway in a lovely part of East Anglia.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front, enclosed garden with lawn. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 0.6 miles. Note: The dining table only caters for two guests. Due to the steep, narrow staircase in the property, this cottage may not be suitable for people with mobility issues., however, a handrail has been added to the staircase. Please note: the smallholding houses some cockerels and the owners have 2 friendly labradors.

A cozy retreat

During a very wet spell of weather it was comforting to return to this cozy cottage, which was well equipped for our week's holiday with the bonus that our dog was welcome and had a secure garden to roam. He could never quite work out where the chickens were! The cottage is ideally placed for exploring this part of Suffolk. The owners next door were friendly and helpful....and the eggs were the tastiest.
