Upper garden and lower 2 acre field with pond full of fruit trees, wild life, flowers and migrating birds.
Glorious walks and excellent restaurants and pubs in nearby villages.
Winter heating and cooking by Aga type stove, fuel at cost.

Ein wunderbares Haus mit viel Garten und Grün drumherum, das zum Entspannen und Wandern einlädt. Die praktische Ausstattung des Hauses lässt nichts vermissen und die wlan-freie Zeit kann man gut genießen.

Hidden gem

Stunning views of the river, with boats sailing by. Large garden which goes down to the river with lovely walks. House basic but spacious, with a conservatory. Acess to the house on a rural track. We enjoyed lots of nearby outings.
