About this property

This adorable beach condo is privately owned, recently completely renovated with ocean views but not ocean front. The layout is a favorite amoung guests. The front bedroom boasts two double beds, closet, dresser with mirror and a TV. The second room, which is split by a kitchen and 1.5 baths for privacy, has a dining area, queen murphy bed that comes out of the wall, and a queen size leather sleeper sofa. The bedroom doors can be closed off from this room creating a two room suite. This condo includes sheets for the beds and has a fully stocked kitchen with all that your need to make meals.

Toiletries and towels are NOT INCLUDED!

There is also a private balcony off the back room and a pool!

Expected OCEAN VIEW per the listing; property is on ocean side of building with view of parking lot and adjacent buildings. Room was clean. Easy/quick access to beach.

We enjoyed our stay. We had all the amenities for a family with kids.

Beach is 1 minute away, stores and restaurants are very close,great location. We would definitely like to come back!

Very Misleading!!!

30 minutes prior to arriving, Jessica (owner) then tells us they don't provide towels. Then, after arriving, the room had no toiletries..the closet door was off track and broken..the room smelt musky. Its only 1 Br with livingroom area that can possibly used for sleeping. No ocean view. You are facing other buildings. You aren't allowed to use any amenities at Ocean Dunes. Plumbing in bathroom stayed broken..Jessica said it would be fixed, never was. Can you imagine the chaos of having 7 people trying to use one bathroom?? After only being in the condo for 20 minutes, we called Jessica to let her know how displeased we were and she made it clear no refunds but would be willing to bring some towels by but we have to wash our own towels. I was very disappointed. A vacation that was suppose to be relaxing for me and my family ended up being hectic and very disheartening. I would not recommend this property. I feel we paid more than what this property was worth. The only good thing that did come out of this trip was my family and I ended up having great family pictures with a Fantastic photographer.

Overrated

I was expecting this location to be directly on the beach with a spacious room area. That was not the case at all. Tower I was the location which was three buildings away from the ocean. Maintenance of the facility is not being maintained - electrical and water issues. Thankfully there was nothing major. Good for 2-4 people stay that don't mind taking a stroll to get to the beach.
