This beautiful suite has just been updated and features 2 Bedrooms/2 Full Bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests! It features new paint, brand new furniture, bedding & decor throughout. Enter your fully equipped kitchen and dining room which has recently been completely updated and features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, new cabinets and granite countertops. The open floor plan leads into the bright and airy living area which features a brand-new sleeper sofa and Smart Roku TV. Your private balcony is attached to the main living area and has beautiful ocean views for days! The master bedroom features a brand-new King bed and mattress with new Smart Roku TV, and the master bath features a walk-in shower with vanity sink. The second bedroom features two beds- Full and twin size and a second bathroom in the main hallway with a shower/tub combo and vanity with sink. Ocean Forest Villas has a laundry facility on-site right down the hall from the suite. This unit is updated, family-friendly, affordable and perfect for your beach vacation!

Parking is free and is located on-site at Ocean Forest Villas. Parking passes are required and will be left inside the condo. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted on-site.

Ocean Forest Villas is perched in the Northern part of Myrtle Beach known as the Golden Mile just steps away from pristine sandy beach. Ocean Forest Villas is a beautifully manicured community of three-story buildings situated in a very safe Myrtle Beach neighborhood of million-dollar homes.

The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is 4 minutes away, Barefoot Landing and Pirates Voyage are a short 5-minute drive and Broadway at the Beach is a 10-minute drive away from Ocean Forest Villas, making this very central location in Myrtle Beach ideal for family vacations. There are many restaurants and entertainment attractions within a 5-minute drive and the airport is only 7 miles away.

Great rental

Great location but…

Great location, but smelled like mildew, towels had to washed prior to use, hairs on sheets. (Not sure they had been changed!) We had to wash and dry them. Water leaks in ceiling, under the sink. Furniture (coach) horrible to set on. The kitchen was nice. Location was amazing. Easy walk across road to beach.

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay at this condo! Everything was very clean and had great communication with the owner. Just steps from the beach and had a nice ocean view balcony! It is close to everything but secluded from the noisy and crowded downtown area, which my group preferred. Would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

This condo was great as far as scenery and closeness to the beach. The downside was having to wait for access to enter after 11 hour drive. The condo was not very clean with stains and smells on furniture. We had to purchase air fresheners. We were unable to access any television in the bedroom due to no internet access.

Family vacation

When I showed up to the property and went to the the front office to “check in” it was closed and locked and wouldn’t be open for another week. I eventually just went up to the condo and attempted to type the code provided and it wouldn’t work to let me in. I had to contact host to get a domain code and finally got in. Then on the second day I went to place a phone charger in the bedside table and found MULTIPLE used sex toys and sexual items. I was there with my 3 and 2 year old and was thankful neither of them found those first before I could move them- absolutely disgusting to leave in a condo you use to host other people. On the 3 day we woke up to a parking violation on our car threatening to tow us (in our rental car) if we didn’t get the “correct pass” even though it was the one provided to us by the host. The sheets were also not washed prior to our arrival- I had to wash them myself (which I had to pay for) - and I know this because there was brown crusted substance on the pillow shams- which came out after I washed them so not a stain. We were instructed to wash the dishes in the dishwasher before we left but were not given any dishwasher pods and at that point in the trip after everything that had already happened I was not willing to go and pay for those myself. I will never stay at this building again. Completely unacceptable.
