Spacious Provencal villa 10 minutes from Aix en Provence
Ideally located between Aix and Marseille, near the TGV station and Marseille Provence airport, we will be happy to welcome you to our house.
With a surface of 230m² this villa is composed as follows:
On the floor: a room with a bed for two people (2x80x200), a room with terrace and a bed for one person (120x190), a room with terrace and a bed for two people (140x190), a separate toilet and a bathroom with double vanity shower and bath.
On the ground floor: a large master suite of 35 m2 with a bed for two people (180x200) with its private bathroom and a separate toilet also private, a large living room overlooking the covered terrace and a patio, a fully equipped kitchen , a laundry with washing machine and dryer, a cellar, a spacious entrance also overlooking the interior patio and a separate toilet.
In the mezzanine the relaxation area and TV of 30 m² with stereo, DVD library, CD library, BluRay player, home theater and a TV 4K big screen.
Outside the ground, of a surface of 4000 m ² in calm and without opposite is entirely rounded off and sported with automatic portal, watering and lighting. You can enjoy a large sunny terrace facing south, swimming pool (11x6), ball court, deck chairs, outdoor lounge, barbecue, pizza oven ....
You will find in the nearby village shops and quality local in 2 minutes by car or bike.
