Small semi-detached house in a quiet and relaxing hamlet entirely new for 4 to 5 people, located in Roz-Landrieux near Saint Malo (20 kms), Cancale (19 kms) and Mont-Saint-Michel (35 kms)

An open kitchen fully equipped (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine ...)
A living room (television, sofa) with table and chairs for 4 people
Upstairs :
A bathroom with shower, a separate toilet
2 bedrooms with double bed
A room with a sofa bed type BZ for 2 people
Baby equipment (cot and high chair) on request
Outside:
Attached courtyard that can accommodate a vehicle
Garden furniture, barbecue
Private courtyard to park the vehicles.
Large lawn with swing
