Quiet house near beach

Very close to Pont beach. 15 minute walk to nearest restaurant, deli, bakery and bar. On bus route into St Malo centre which was very useful. House located in quite area. Found stairs quite steep as used to living on one level. beach

Super gelegenes kleines Cottage

Das Häuschen ist reizend, ganz idyllisch im Landhausstil. Das Meer mit tollem Strand ist um die Ecke, der Bus nach St Malo ebenfalks( fährt alle 30 min). Das Haus wird von den Eigentümern auch selbst bewohnt, deshalb alles vorhanden, was man braucht (Küchengeräte usw. ).Der Pool war Anfang Juni leider noch geschlossen. Trotzdem rundum schön.

Das Haus liegt schön, innerhalb einer ruhigen,angenehmen Ferienanlage.Leider keine großen Töpfe verfügbar.Die Erklärung bei Schlüsselübergabe (z.B. wieWarmwasser funktioniert) war etwas spärlich.Ansonsten alles super, sehr zu empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienappartement mit Meernähe

Ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Meer in greifbarer Nähe, Saint Malo gut zu erreichen, Strände ohne Ende, Radfahren möglich, ein Apartment mit Garten für Frühstück und Abendessen. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Maison très agréable proche de la côte

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison mignonne et très fonctionnelle. La maison est à côté de la plage et des sentiers côtiers qui sont magnifiques. La communication et le contact avec les propriétaires ont été très agréables ! Je recommande !

Sommerhaus am Meer

Ein niedliches kleines Sommerhaus. Nur Personen über 1,85 haben es zuweilen etwas schwer. Total nett fanden wir , dass die Schwester der Vermieterin extra aus Nantes kam, um uns das Haus und alle Annehmlichkeiten zu zeigen, da sie Deutsch spricht. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Das Haus liegt nicht weit weg vom Strand, und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt die Côte d‘Emeraude zu erkunden.

Sehr schönes, modern und umfangreich eingerichtetes Objekt mit blumenreichem Garten. Leider nicht weit weg von der Straße. Gut, dass dichte Fenster eingebaut sind. Treppe ohne Geländer. Super kurzer Weg zum Meer. Dort schöne Spazierwege ganz nah am Wasser.

Der persönliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin war vorbildlich. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und befindet sich in einer sehr ansprechenden Ferienhausanlage nur 3 Min. vom Strand von St. Malo entfernt. Ideal auch für Ausflüge nach Mont Saint Michel, Cap Frehel, Insel Chausey etc. Für Liebhaber von Austern ist das nur 12 Km entfernte Cancale zu empfehlen.

Nice house, perfect location, less than 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach

Mooi huisje, perfecte ligging, minder dan 5 minuten loopafstand van een heel mooi strand. Andere mooie stranden ook op loopafstand. Huisje is voorzien van vaatwasmachine en wasmachine, strijkplank en strijkijzer en grillplaat. De keuken is ruim voorzien van kookgerei. Daarnaast staan er voorraden (na gebruik uiteraard netjes weer aanvullen). Rustig gelegen met vlakbij een leuk centrum (Rothéneuf). Warm welkom door eigenaresse. Belle maison, emplacement idéal, à moins de 5 minutes à pied d'une belle plage. Autres belles plages également accessibles à pied. Cottage est équipé avec lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, planche à repasser et fer et plaque de cuisson. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine. En outre, il existe des stocks (après utilisation bien sûr soigneusement remplir). Endroit calme avec un joli centre à proximité (Rothéneuf). Accueil chaleureux par le propriétaire. Nice house, perfect location, less than 5 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Other beautiful beaches also within walking distance. Cottage is equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, ironing board and iron and grill plate. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils. In addition there are stocks (after use of course neatly refill). Quiet location with a nice center nearby (Rothéneuf). Warm welcome by owner.
