Private parking space and secure storage for bikes, kayaks etc. Just two minute walk from Exmouth's glorious sandy beach. Excellent wine bars, pubs and restaurants within easy level walking distance. I live locally and bought this apartment because of its fabulous location - right on the bustling, vibrant quay and close to everything you will need for a special holiday.

This apartment is in a fantastic location on Exmouth Quay. Two minute level walk to two miles of sandy beach. Water sports, bars, restaurants all on the doorstep. Ten minute walk to town centre. Private parking and secure storage for cycles/kayak/windsurfer etc. Fully equipped to a high standard for up to four guests.
