Open plan lounge/dining area/fully equipped kitchen, doors leading to balcony overlooking the quay. Bathroom with bath and shower over. Underfloor heating, washer dryer, wifi, smart TV with built in Freeview, DVD player. Private parking space and secure storage for bikes, kayaks etc. Just two minute walk from Exmouth's glorious sandy beach. Excellent wine bars, pubs and restaurants within easy level walking distance. The apartment is in a great location and fully equipped for up to four guests.

Well located and comfortable apartment

We stayed here for 5 days to go to a wedding. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Everything modern and spotlessly clean. Julie provided a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. Car parking space on the quayside (although try not to arrive in a south westerly gale and driving rain!) and the Beach is a great pub and only across the road. We would definitely book again if we were coming to the area.

Harbour side luxury

Julie’s apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean with super comfy beds we slept very well. With high end appliances throughout and everything you’d need for your home away from home. This along with an enviable location right on the harbour and an allocated parking spot, you have the perfect base to explore Exmouth and beyond. The apartment speaks for itself, but the additional personal touches Julie adds with a phone call pre your visit and a welcome note awaiting your arrival really stand out above the usual standard we have come across with previous property managers.

I live locally and bought this apartment because of its fabulous location - right on the bustling, vibrant quay and close to everything you will need for a special holiday.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is in a fantastic location on Exmouth Quay. Two minute level walk to two miles of sandy beach. Water sports, bars, restaurants all on the doorstep. Ten minute walk to town centre. Private parking and secure storage for cycles/kayak/windsurfer etc. Fully equipped to a high standard for up to four guests.
