We do want to clarify that the only issue brought to our attention during your stay was the bicycle. The bicycles are provided and maintained through a third-party vendor, so they are not part of the home itself or directly managed by our property management team. We did make efforts to address the bicycle concern when it was brought to our attention. Regarding the other concerns mentioned in your review, such as the floors, furniture, and cookware, these were not reported to us during your stay. We always encourage guests to contact our team as soon as they notice something that isn't meeting their expectations so that we have an opportunity to inspect the issue and take appropriate action while they are still in the home. Since your stay, all of the concerns mentioned in your review have been addressed. This is a very popular home, and we take the feedback from our guests seriously as we continually work with our homeowners and vendors to ensure the property is properly maintained and prepared for each arriving guest. The home was rented toward the end of a very busy peak season, and we appreciate your comments and the opportunity to address these items. While we’re sorry the home did not meet your expectations this time, we’re pleased that you were able to enjoy the pool, golf cart, and spacious layout, and we hope future guests will have the opportunity to experience the improvements that have been made. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the bikes, golf cart, and cleanliness of the porches. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these concerns during your stay. Had we known, we would have immediately sent our team to address them and ensure everything was in working order. We always strive to ensure all amenities are in excellent condition for our guests. Regarding the check-in time, while our standard check-in is at 4 PM, we did offer an early check-in at 3:45 PM, which is earlier than our usual time. During Spring Break, we do our best to accommodate requests, but due to back-to-back bookings, we cannot allow earlier check-ins. We appreciate your understanding of this. In terms of the two items you requested be cleaned up, we did reach out to offer assistance, but as we need guest permission to enter the property, we were unable to proceed without your approval.
