This immaculate one bedroom apartment offers excellent self catering accommodation with views of the sea and mountains

The apartment is open plan with a dining area, kitchen, lounge and a private bathroom
The kitchen includes a full size fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and large washing machine
The lounge has a 50in flat-screen smart TV with UK TV channels, catch up tv, lots of movie and sports channels, over 30 other countries channels and free Wi-Fi throughout and on the terrace
There is a separate bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed, luxury mattress and quality bedding
A change of linen and towels are provided on all stays over 10 nights

Within a 2 minute walk there is a beautiful communal swimming pool for you to cool down in the hot sun and a sunbathing area with loungers.
There is also a lovely little cafe bar to enjoy an nice cold glass of wine whilst taking in the surroundings

The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Playa Grande beach and the main boulevard with all its superb restaurants and shops and 5 minutes from Playa Chica with water sports and the wonderful harbour with its quaint bars and tapas restaurants

The attractive shopping center Biosfera is a 5 minute walk and there are 4 supermarkets very nearby
Public transport, taxis, car rental, public parking is all a couple of minute's walk away
The airport is a 10 minute drive from the apartment

Although there are several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk to the apartment, the apartment itself is set in a quiet area and no noise can be heard from the main road. There are no apartments situated above or below

We only advertise our apartment for 2 people although it can accommodate a family as it’s lovely and spacious
If extra sleeping space is required we have the luxury of 2 very large sofas that easily turn into large beds

We provide all linen, bath towels and beach towels along with a large safe to protect your valuables
There is an iron, ironing board, hair drier and ceramic hair straighteners for your use
Should you wish to go to the beach for the day there is a parasol, beach towels and cool bag to use

The apartment also benefits from air conditioning, this is on a “pay as you go basis” and you only pay for the electricity that you use

Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am
I am very flexible with check in and check out times, if there are no other guests due in the apartment I will always try my best to accommodate you, this must be arranged prior to your stay

The busy resort started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive or you can take the taxi boat from the old town harbour to spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats.
