Villa Veranda guesthouse for rent.
This cute little cottage is located in Stora Köpinge, about 10km from Ystad, close to everything, golf course and beach about 4.5 km, mile-long chalky white beaches at Sandhammaren 15 km and wood-fired pizza in beautiful Simrishamn 30 km.
In the neighboring village of Köpingebro is a grocery store, 2 km from the cottage. You will find many nice strawberry spots in the immediate area: strawberry pick, Olof Victor's café and bakery, the excursion destination Kåseberga and Ales Stones.
You come to a cottage that has a large room with double bed. The bathroom has a WC, shower and sink.
We wish the guest to bring their own towels and bedding.

You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is located in the main building. The owner reserves the right not to rent out the rest of the main building during the rental period. No one else will use the main building during the rental period.
The cottage is surrounded by meadows and also has its own patio with barbecue facilities. The tenant has the right to use the entire property's garden.
Here you will definitely enjoy!
Rented primarily Saturday to Saturday.
