Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a B-listed property resting on the outskirts of Duns. It houses three bedrooms comprising of a double with an en-suite, a double and a twin. There is also a ground-floor shower room with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a sitting room with an open fire and a kitchen/diner. Outside, you will find off-road parking and a garden with a lawn area and a patio area with furniture. Polwarth Crofts Farmhouse is a delightful cottage on the Scottish Borders.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off-road parking. Garden with lawn area and patio area with table and chairs. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Pub and shop within 3.8 miles. Please note: the property is is listed building and the cottage has low doorways, some uneven walls, areas of flooring slopes slightly and the stairwell is not a standard size (not steep or narrow) care must taken on parts when walking of it.

Within the surrounding area you will find many castles and historic houses including Manderston House.
