Cala Morlanda 1st Line

Welcome to an amazing place even today in Mallorca. This house is located in front of the sea, in a small but charming cove. You will enjoy resting listening to the gentle waves of the sea. It is a very pleasant experience.
The house is simple. It was one of the first to be built in Cala Morlanda and was renovated several times. It has everything you need to feel at home. The place where it is located is a luxury.
The kitchen has approx. 10 square meters with everything you need to cook. The dining room also has 12 square meters and from the dining room has direct views of the sea, to the beach of La Cala. The living room is spacious and includes a convertible sofa bed. It is a very cool place with sea views.
The 2 rooms are of normal size and with everything to rest. There is a crib and several furniture for babies. The bathroom is with bathtub.
The house is surrounded on 3 sides by terraces. On the front terrace is where they spend more hours since it is very nice.
Just 30 meters from the house there is a place where people like to dive into the sea. It has a height of about 4 meters. It is not advisable to throw away children under 10 years of age.
5 min. walking you will reach a virgin cove called Es Caló d'en Rafelino. Totally virgin and also of crystalline waters as in Cala Morlanda. Between Cala Morlanda and Es Caló d'en Rafelino there are different caves accessible by sea or by land.
You can practice all the water sports that you like: diving, fishing, ...
You will find everything you need in restaurants, nightclubs, supermarkets, tourist attractions, only in a radius of 3-4km.

Perfect location!

This home is in a perfect location. Very authentic home right on the cove. Water was beautiful. Provided washing soap with washing machine which was nice. Had a nice visit here.

House with a nice view.

Our first time at Cala Morlanda. The house is nice, clean, good equipted. The location is great, just few steps from a nice bay with crystal clear water. Great for snorcheling. Ideal for those who prefer calm and sea view. We had great time here and probably come back, thank you.

Beautiful and comfortable House on quiet cove

We enjoyed our stay in the little, clean and comfortable house a lot. Especially the very friendly owners, the location right on top a nice cove (fantastic for a swim or a relax on the rocks) makes it a real insider tip. Everything was as described on the website. The beaches and the town of Sa Coma is within a walking distance and the house is easy accessible for a any sports activities. We're looking forward to come back.

Top Location

When they said it was first line they weren't joking! the only way you could be closer to the water would be in a boat. The house was clean and tidy and whilst not going overboard with stuff had everything you'd need for a great stay. My only suggestion would be to make sure you bring swim shoes as getting to the water is a bit rocky and bring a mask and snorkel as the underwater life is brilliant. We'll be back.

Das Haus ist direkt am Meer. Ein Wahnsinnsblick und ein toller Strand mit vielen Schnochelmöglickeiten. Gleich beim Haus kann man direkt ins Meer springen. Für die Kids richtig cool! Das Haus ist einfach, aber sehr sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Richtig schön! Einziger Nachteil, aber da kann das Haus nichts dafür: es gibt viele streunende Katzen, die gerne auch mal ihre Hinterlassenschaften im Vorgarten vergraben, sodass man immer etwas riecht. Und leider gibt's auch einige Hundebesitzer, die nichts wegräumen. Aber damit muss man wohl leben, wenn man da wohnt, wo viele gerne spazieren gehen. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden. Uns hat es super gefallen. Und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war top :-) Dankeschön!

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem Haus sehr genossen und konnten uns an der hübschen Bucht kaum sattsehen. Die Ausstattung war einfach und sauber, das Badezimmer prima, nur in der Küche könnten einige Utensilien mal erneuert werden.. Leider hat es zu Beginn auch in den Schlafzimmern etwas muffig gerochen, bedingt durch die feuchte Meeresluft, aber das hat sich nach ein paar Tagen Lüften schnell gegeben.

Wunderbare Tage in eigener Bucht

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert direkt, schnell und war reibungslos. Die Unterkunft ist super an einer kleinen Bucht gelegen wodurch es auch nicht schlimm ist, das es keinen Pool hat. Die Zimmer waren optimal für uns, es hatte ein gute Grösse. Danke Mateu für die gute Zeit und die Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal auf Mallorca.

The location is the star

Sitting on a cliff top on one of Mallorca’s best little bays the location of this property is perfect. The host was very keen to help and we enjoyed our stay. It is not a palatial or super well equipped property, but the view compensates, the peace and quiet just what we wanted. There is no air-con, a shame, and when I asked about the access to a shared swimming pool was shocked to find the owner honestly meant the sea!!!! It did not spoil my stay but some may find this piece of whimsical description a big let down, it may even be cause for a compensation claim - it absolutely must be removed in future advertising. Basic accommodation in a stunning location.

Las vistas son espectaculares y por la noche puedes dormir escuchandolas olas del mar. La casa es muy cómoda a pesar de que la decoración es tradicional.
