Apartment Vista Maritima is a perfectly located 1 bedroom apartment right in the heart of Playa Blanca with incredible views over Playa Blanca's original beach.

The apartment has been decorated beautifully, but the real selling point of this apartment is the view! You literally can not get much closer to the sea without getting wet. The apartment is in the heart of Playa Blanca, overlooking the original town beach.

Apartment Vista Maritima has 1 bedroom with a king size bed and air conditioning. There is a separate shower room.

The main living area is an open plan style with the lounge having the same views the bedroom benefits from. The kitchen is practical and well equipped with a washing machine available.

The location is the perfect for beach lovers or for couples that wish to be in the heart of Playa Blanca. There is no need for a car as all the main restaurants and bars are all within easy walking distance.

Towels and linen are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.

Airport Transfers are available both Shared and Exclusive. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.

Car Hire. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.

Thank for for a perfect trip. Excellent communication from Villas Now. Apartment was clean and specious and right on the beach. 3 small supermarkets 2 mins away. Plenty of choice for bars and restaurants. Nothing about the apartment.. that was perfect. Thank you! Noise from the Irish bar next door was fine for us but might not suit all guests.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Playa Blanca. Sie ist geräumig, schön gestaltet und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt, befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermärkte, Taxistand, Car rental, Restaurants, Apotheke, diverse Läden). Die Lage direkt am Meer ist fantastisch. Das alles bedeutet natürlich auch, dass es abends nicht so ruhig ist, da Betrieb direkt vor den Fenstern herrscht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern stört dies aber nicht. Was aber wissenswert gewesen wäre, ist die Tatsache, dass im selben Haus einen Stock weiter unten und direkt rechts der Wohnung ein Irisches Pub ist, welches jeden Abend Livemusik von 21.30-24.00 Uhr spielt. Diese Musik ist sehr gut hörbar in der gesamten Wohnung. Ohne Ohrstöpsel wäre für mich nicht an Schlaf zu denken gewesen. Die aufgezählten Vorteile der Wohnung überwiegen aber diesen Makel und wenn man eher spät zu Bett geht, spielt dies auch keine Rolle;-)

Waking to the sound of the sea with an incredible view

As a retired couple travelling around the canaries in January we felt privileged to stay in this apartment With a breathtaking incredible first class view out to Fuertaventura, we really did not want to leave. With the large windows that fully open wide you can wake to the sound of the sea each morning. We swam, we read and we ate in the huge array of restaurants on the front of Playa Blanca. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the linen and towels plentiful. We loved our stay and highly recommend. ️ The only slight on the apartment is there is a lively music bar right next door. But we quite enjoyed the music in the evening. And the apartment is on the front, so some noise is to be expected, as can be interpreted as holiday atmosphere. This is nothing to be improved in the apartment we loved it.

With views that will stay with you for ever.

If you want a beautifully furnished and fully equipped, comfortable apartment exactly in the middle of Playa Blanca, ridiculously convenient for shops, excellent supermarkets, delicious restaurants far cheaper than the U.K., probably only 75m from apartment door to toes in the warm sand, then this has to be the one for you. The full length patio doors, fold rather strangely, to open full length but only a two window vista through the Juliette glass balcony, to give you the illusion of splendour and uninterrupted views across the beautiful sandy beach, over the azure sea to the nearby island of Fuerteventura and the wonderful spectacle of the ferries plying their routes to and fro, then this really has to be the place for you and yours. Your representative, Paloma, will bend over backwards to ensure you have a superb experience and stay and you will be even sadder to leave the keys behind and return to your own country. The pillows and beds are definitely on the hard side for old bones and The Old Mill, Irish bar next door, plays some great music, even The Eagles covers, but from about 21:00 until just after midnight it is extremely loud for older ears, the young will get a free concert every night, and this is even with the windows closed. However, older ones like us soon went to sleep after a couple of glasses of their finest red water! Just let us stay longer please.

The location is excellent and very convenient for supermarket and many restaurants. Playa Dorada is a ten minute walk away with it's super beach and good value sunbeds and umbrellas.

Recent trip Sept/Oct '21

First impressions were extremely good and this proved to be a lasting impression. The team have been very helpful during a difficult period where this was booked pre-covid and then had to be postponed as a result. Everything honoured and instructions for arrival were efficient. The equipment in the flat was first class with nothing lacking in my opinion on that front. Fantastic views as described in the bio and no issues with it being so centrally based from a noise perspective. Paloma, the owner was also very easy to deal with and kept me updated whenever I needed a response.The Villasnow team were equally responsive too. All in all a very successful break after the last diffciult 18 month period and one that I would be happy to repeat again using these services. My only comment would be is to add some web links for the instruction manuals to the equipment in the flat, to add to the welcome pack. A case in point being that when cleaning the ceramic hob, it was accidentally locked, a simple Google resolved this. I realise that links do change, so there would be some overhead asscoiated with this.

Perfect little apartment :)

We stayed a few times in the apartment because for us it ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location with the most wonderful views. At night you can hear the sound of the waves. This time it was so clean that it looked like it was new. It had a very pleasant smell and I was very impressed how clean everything was. We had plenty of fresh towels, beach towels and sheets. We were very grateful that we could extend our stay and even when we had a little electrical problem, Paula, Esperanza and Eugenio solved the problem in no time. For us, again, it's a perfect little apartment :) We liked it how it is, even without a small dishwasher )
