Ideally placed on a complex just 75 yards from the pedestrianised cliff top promenade, in a quiet residential area within comfortable walking distance to Playa Blanca's beaches, marina and nightlife, a 2 storey luxury end of terrace duplex town house completed early 2006. With a bedroom and bathroom on each level, the property is furnished and equipped to make you feel at home. Wi Fi throughout. Bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes (with lots of hangers), whilst the kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, toaster, kettle etc. To the front, there is a part shaded terrace & balcony overlooking the large communal pool with views to the sea. There is an additional balcony & enclosed solana area that has a washing machine and drying space. Sunbeds and terrace furniture are provided as is a portable heater, large fan and a safe for peace of mind. An excellent supermarket/cafe/car hire/taxi rank and impressive hotels are all just a 5 minute stroll away. End of terrace large plot with open aspect to a car space to the rear, affords guests much more space and privacy than other properties on the estate.

We had a great stay at Gary‘s beautiful house. Pool was perfect for swimming, shops and coastal walk nearby, and we enjoyed walking to the harbour and nice restaurants in beautiful atmosphere. Thanks again for your kind hospitality, Gary!

Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, ein Swimmingpool direkt in der Anlage und wirklich nur wenige Schritte an die Lavaküste von Playa Blanca, wo alle spazieren gehen.
Ja, hier kann man wirklich gut den Urlaub verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Spotlessly clean, ideally situated for the Rubicon Marina, excellent facilities inside and out and access to the gated swimming pool area. Communication with the villa owner Gary was excellent, there was a welcome pack on arrival and everything was as described. Highly recommended.

Well equipped charming house in a superb setting
The apartment, or house really, is extremely comfortable, well equipped and spotless. It's a very short walk to the sea front from where you can walk for miles along a charming esplanade with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes on the way.
The owner, Gary, is very helpful with good directions t o find the place and plenty of advice about most things you could wish for. A nice touch was a fridge loaded with basic foodstuffs for us on arrival.

Great place within easy walking distance to the marina
Really lovely house with great views from both of the main balconies. It’s perfect for a family of 4 . Me , my partner and both my children had an amazing 9 days here and felt really comfortable with plenty of space for all to enjoy. A short 10 minutes on foot to the local marina where there’s a real buzzing vibe about it and a English shop that is 100 yards from the house which is great if you’re not feeling the Spanish style shops. The complex that the property sits on is very quiet and very clean and the grounds / pool areas are in impeccable condition. I would definitely say for value for money this place is a 10 out of 10 but if I had to be picky the only few small things I would do to make this property faultless is
1. Main bedroom needs a double bed. 2x singles just doesn’t work.
2. Heated pool would of been nice. Way to cold to use but it is December I suppose.
3. Tv would of been nice to have a few English channels.
All the above said I still think this place is fantastic and if I come back here one day then I would be more than happy to stay again. Thanks for having us Gary. Some very happy holiday memories made by the foreman family. Cheers

Home from home
Visit number three to Casa Gary was highly anticipated by all, as having been before, we thought we knew what to expect. However, we were still surprised as we had forgotten just how fantastic it is! From the moment we arrived we felt at home and were straight into holiday mode. We were very fortunate with the weather which was great and we used the pool every day. Cost for food/drink is still very reasonable compared to mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands, and with full kitchen facilities in the house it was nice to have the choice of cooking for ourselves or going out.
When you visit somewhere more than twice, there is always a risk that it won’t live up to past experience, but I know that Gary’s home and Playa Blanca will always be somewhere that we will enjoy visiting. This really is a gem and you can be sure that as soon as we are able, we will definitely be back. Many thanks again Gary - this is getting to be a habit!

Nice apartment at good location in Playa Blanca
The apartment was at a good location in a quiet block near Papagayo Beach and the marina. Very well maintained and clean. Complete inventory. Nice swimming pool. The owner supplied us with all kinds of information about the apartment and the surroundings and resolved a small setback properly. Good beaches nearby.

Excellent villa in great location
Villa very well equipped and fitted out with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. Pool was great too. Walk into the nearby marina along the Passeo Maritimo made for a pleasant stroll and it was easy to walk into Playa Blanca although there is a bus stop nearby should you need it. Can highly recommend.

Fantastic property and location.
We have stayed at Gary's property before and can only say it was better than I remembered it. The house is beautifully presented inside and out, although we ate out in an evening the kitchen was well equipped for those who wished to use it.
Gary, as previously, gave us all the information required to make our holiday go smoothly.
The pool is now enclosed but it has been done sympathetically and doesn't detract from the lush surrounding of the complex.
We loved the walk along the cliff tops on an evening, the areas of Rubicon and Playa Blanca offering a wide range of bars and restaurants.
We will certainly be returning.

Lovely Holiday!
We had a lovely time in Lanzarote, Villa was just great in all ways, position was perfect if you like walking to Marina, Beach and Playa Blanca etc.
Good information provided by the owner beforehand on the 'do's and dont's' and also on where to go, visit etc.
We didn't want to come home!

Booked this after walking past many times admiring the complex. So glad we did. Right from the very start Gary got in touch with lots of information and kept in touch before we travelled. The house is ideally located and has everything you could possibly need, it was like a home away from home only with the sun! House was very clean and the welcome pack was a very nice touch. The complex is very well maintained as well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary's house to anyone who is wanting to visit Playa Blanca. Also would recommend a visit to a new little cafe bar in Marina Rubicon called Café Terraza lush cocktails with lovely views & lovely owners.

FIRST CLASS HOLIDAY HOME
If you are reading this review trying to decide whether or not to choose this property for your holiday then LOOK NO FURTHER! From the minute you book you can rest assured you are on to a winner. Gary is the host with the most providing fantastic service for his guests, giving advice about all you might need to know and nothing is too much trouble. The house is first class, stocked with everything you will need (and more!). The complex is beautifully maintained and the local facilities are excellent. This was our second visit to Gary’s superb house and we stayed for 2 weeks. Weather was great, just a couple of cloudy days, but very warm (think Gary arranged that too!). Walking is a breeze to all the local amenities, good restaurants within a 10 minute walk at the Marina and a maximum 30-35 minutes into the centre of Playa Blanca with even more places to try the local tapas; spoilt for choice. I could go on listing all the various things you can do on the island with or without a car, but Gary’s information is far better than my ramblings. Don’t just take my word for it, go and see for yourself – because if you don’t……somebody else definitely will. He who hesitates……
Thank you Gary for allowing us to use your lovely home again, we had a fabulous break and came home with our batteries recharged and some wonderful memories. Adios for now, until next time….!

Why they chose this property
I have owned the property since it was built and picked the area for it's incredible seafront location, so close to the marina that has developed over the years to provide everything you would want in terms of places to eat, drink and shop. With a supermarket just 5 minutes stroll away, my past clients and I really do believe that the house is perfectly situated.
What makes this property unique
The house is end of terrace (hence semi detached) with a large plot that has been landscaped to provide ample space for guests who might prefer to sunbathe by the house, rather than by the excellent quiet communal pool. The fact that the house is end terraced (with open aspect to the rear) and has such a large plot affords guests more privacy than can be expected at similar properties on the complex.
