Cozy newly renovated apartment, located in the center of Estepona 50 meters from the beach, on the third beach line with Wi-Fi. It has a room that is a bedroom and living room together, kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Fully equipped and ready to enjoy holidays in Estepona. The furniture and utensils are new. Ideal for a couple or maximum with a child. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and typical streets of Andalusia. Free parking located 150 m from the apartment.
The apartment has a double bed (140x200 cm) and a sofa bed in the same room, both very comfortable. It has an area of 30 m2.
The apartment has Wi-Fi fiber 100 MB, air conditioning, 40-inch Full HD LED TV, washer dryer, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and iron.
The kitchen has all the utensils, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, glasses and glasses.
The bathroom has a shower and products that you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and hairdryer.
We provide a set of towels per person and bedding.
All brand new, totally new, the reform has been completed in May 2018.
