Lower Trowan is a stunning cosy cottage on the outskirts of the beautiful town of St Ives.
Curl up by the real log fire, cook up a feast in the kitchen or explore the wild and rugged coastline just a few hundred meters from your door.
Throughout Lower Trowan Cottage you'll find lovely touches, great quality furniture and a laid back feel.
Outside you have a lawn, seating, parking in a communal car park and stunning views over the fields to the sea beyond.
As you enter Lower Trowan you'll be greeted by the open plan living space with a cosy lounge area surrounding a wood burner, a beautiful kitchen with fitted appliances and a dining table for four.
Adjacent is a modern conservatory with seating and TV.
Head down the hallway and you'll find the bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is a twin - perfect for children!
The bathroom has a large shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
Outside is a seating area and a lawn with furniture and a BBQ in the summer months.
Lower Trowan is dog friendly for an additional fee.
Please note parking is in a communal car park a 100m walk away, unloading outside is possible.

We use a self service check-in to give you flexibility when arriving, we might swing by to check everything is ok during your stay but we like to respect your privacy to.
Trowan itself is a peaceful hamlet located about 1.5 miles from the centre of St Ives. Surrounded by green fields, wild moors and the rugged coastline of this superb stretch in West Cornwall.
St Ives itself is a little hub of activity and creativity. You'll find golden beaches, oodles of galleries and restaurants, a host of independent shops and plenty of friendly folk.
One of your nearest pubs is The Halsetown Inn, a great place for an evening meal or drink. Head a little further down the coast road and you'll find the pretty village of Zennor and the magical Tinner's Arms, a very old pub with lots of character.
We'd recommend a car if you are staying at Lower Trowan as there aren't many amenities in easy walking distance. You will find public transport is pretty good in St Ives itself.
You could walk to St Ives and/or Porthmeor beach, it's about a 1.5 mile walk, or a 5 minute drive.

The rural location of the property means mobile signal is patchy, there is no mains water but the hamlet is supplied by a bore hole and private drainage.
Please don't unload from the road. Pets are charged at £35 extra per pet per stay. Maximum two pets per stay.
