Villa Francesca - Villa with large veranda and solarium on the Bay

Villa Francesca is a beautiful granit house. Surrounded by greenery, very private, it can give you magical moments. A few steps from the sea (300 m) it boasts an independent entrance, a terrace - solarium on the Bay, a large garden with a veranda equipped with masonry hob and BBQ.
Furthermore, set among the rocks, a suggestive external shower with heated water.


At the entrance you will find a very large veranda with pergola, built-in kitchen equipped with 6 burners, barbecue in the rock, table and chairs in teak 6/10 seats, rattan sofas and chaise longue. A striking external shower with heated water is set into the granite.
On the back, a second veranda leads to the terrace-solarium. Here you can enjoy the splendid view of the beaches of Rena di Ponente and Levante ("Due Mari") and Capotesta, as well as a unique sunset surrounded by juniper and Mediterranean scrub.

The interiors are characterized by a contained but bright open space with island kitchen equipped with reverse osmosis water purification system, table for 6 people, living area with double sofa bed and TV.
We also find two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with access to the back porch.

Urlaub im September an der Capi Testa

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit schönen Sitzplatz draußen und einer Liege auf dem Berg für den Sundowner am Abend. Nicht direkt in strandnähe, allerdings sind viele schöne Strände mit kurzer Fahrt erreichbar.

Bellissima Esperienza - Wunderbare Erfahrung

Casa bellissima, perfettamente accessoriata e curata. Zona tranquilla e vicina alle spiaggie del luogo. La terrazza privata sugli scogli è un sogno. Padrone di casa gentilissimo e disponibile a venire incontro ai propri ospiti per ogni necessità. Wunderschöne Haus, mit allem denkbare Zubehör, sehr gepflegt in einer ruhige Umgebung und trotzdem nah an den schönen Stränden. die private Terrasse auf den Felsen ist der highlight und lädt ein ein Aperitv beim Sonnenuntergang zu trinken. Hauseigentümer sehr freundlich und bereit seinen Gästen entgegenzukommen bei jedem Wünsch. Gerne wieder!

Absolut traumhafte Wohnung

Wunderschöne und gemütliche Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Ausstattung kann nicht übertroffen werden. Sämtliche Dinge waren vorrätig wie beispielsweise Gewürze, Kaffeepads, Strandspielzeug, Pflegeartikel und und und. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt war der Check in, die Dame war super freundlich jedoch konnten wir kein Italienisch und sie kein Englisch oder Deutsch weshalb die Kommunikation und Erklärungen wichtiger Dinge nicht möglich war. Dafür gab es aber ein ausführliches „Welcome Book“
