The picturesque surroundings are covered with a mix of pine and oak forests, as well as small almond and olive plantations.Villa Roca Verde perfectly combines the relaxed Mallorcan style with a Scandinavian influence. The villa offers a large open-plan living room with a separate living area and an impressive designer fireplace. The elegant dining room is located next to a fully equipped modern kitchen with views of the well-maintained garden. Villa Roca Verde offers four spacious and bright bedrooms; three of them have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom offers two comfortable bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms: the first is en-suite, with a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink; the second bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and vanity with a double sink. Additionally, there is an independent toilet.Among other amenities, the villa offers air conditioning in the living room, as well as individual units in each bedroom. Ceiling fans are provided in the bedrooms. The new kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and all the cooking utensils and crockery one could dream of. Additionally, there is a washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, etc. And, of course, an enormous high-definition panoramic Smart TV and WiFi connection via fibre optic, to stay entertained and informed while disconnecting and relaxing.You will definitely enjoy the private swimming pool of approx. 8x6m along with beautiful terraces that provide plenty of seating areas and an outdoor dining area equipped with an exterior kitchen with a large barbecue.
