From the dining room, an archway leads to the light and airy lounge with large windows offering lovely views over the town of Pollensa. The fully fitted, separate kitchen has a door out to a covered terrace (pergola) providing direct access to the barbecue and swimming pool area (via steps). Just off the hallway, there are a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both of these rooms share a spacious walk in wardrobe and a full bathroom. Further down the external stone steps, leads to a twin bedroom which has a full shower room and has direct access out to the covered terrace.
