This lovely stable conversion is located in the heart of Llanbedr, Wales and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Stable Cottages is a cosy cottage located in Llanbedr, Wales. It has two bedrooms: one double and one twin. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. The Stable Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for small families. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Oil central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, a selection of books and games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden (with slopes and steps) to front and side with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome (not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 5 miles. Note: This property is on a mountain working sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside cottage. Note: Children must always be supervised when outside. Note: Mobile signal is very limited. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually
