Beautiful, newly refurbished, two-bedroom apartment on the tree-lined street leading up to Hove station, a short walk to the sea and a stones throw from restaurants and bars of Hove. With easy access to Brighton, this luxurious apartment is the perfect space for couples or families to come and enjoy the town. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults in 5* self-catering comfort. A travel cot is available to sleep an additional infant if needed.
The space is a relaxing and peaceful home from home, with all mod cons - Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Smart TV with Netflix. All the rooms have comfy beds, fresh new white linen and soft, white fluffy towels.

What recent guests have said about the Charming Hove Apartment:
"An amazing, cosy and sparkling clean Airbnb with a really 'homely' feel to it. Ben has been really great with providing detailed instructions about check in and being on stand by in case of problems. The location couldn't have been better. I'd love to stay there again."
"We felt very comfortable in Ben's apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The bedrooms are at the back of the house and are very quiet. We parked our car at Hove train station on the day we arrived until we left home, and used the bus the whole time to make our trips. The bus stop is right outside the front door. That's great. We can fully recommend the apartment."
"What a treat! So close to everything, super clean and stylish. Everything you need for a weekend retreat in Brighton/hove. Will definitely recommend. The comfiest beds....literally had to pull the covers back to check the make/model. Thanks so much."

Guest access covers the following: Complete ground floor 2-bed flat with shared entrance, sitting room/kitchenette. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk in shower and utilities.
Guest interaction: If you like, I would love to meet you personally at the end of your stay, and I'll be on the other end of the phone should you need me or any information about the house/area. I have a network of contacts locally so should you have an issue it will be resolved easily.
Parking: Parking is pay and display on street outside. It cost £1/hour and is chargeable between 9am and 8pm - or to 6pm one road away.
You can park all day at Hove station for £7.05/day and £2.25 on Sunday which is one minute walk away. Weekly parking here costs £29. This car park has number plate recognition, so you pay for as many days you need in advance and can come back and fourth as required. There’s also parking in the multi-storey car park on Norton Road 12 minute walk away. This costs £6.50 for 12 hours and is free overnight.
There is limited free on-street parking on Newton Road, west of Goldstone Lane. This is about 10 minutes walk away. Otherwise, the closest free on-street parking is on Orchard Gardens, Orchard Road, Sackville Road (north of the Old Shoreham Road) and on Nevill Road. These streets are about 20 mins walk from the apartment.
The neighbourhood: The apartment is in a fantastic neighbourhood for food-lovers with some of Brighton and Hove's top-rated restaurants a few minutes walk away.
The apartment itself is on the road leading up to Hove station in Victorian Terraced block which has two pubs close by the highly rated craft beer specialists - 'the Watchmaker’s Arms' - and 'the Station', a friendly local great for sports and a bit livelier. Small Batch coffee house does the best coffee in town - no argument - and Wolfies fish and chips opposite is delicious. Their separate Kitchen Cafe a couple doors along does an excellent brunch - try their range of breakfast hashes, they’re fantastic. Masterchef winners have set up 'Etch', a top-class restaurant 10 minutes away. A short stroll gets you to the numerous boutique shops and artisan cafes of George Street or the buzz of the bars and restaurants on Church Road in Hove.
The beach is less than 20 mins walk, from where you can walk along the promenade all the way to Brighton (30 min stroll).
The nearest park around 10 mins walk - is my favourite in Brighton and Hove - Hove Park. This has a play area, climbing boulder, tennis and football pitches, a relaxed cafe and hosts a Park Run on Saturday mornings at 9am.
A small supermarket is round the corner and two larger supermarkets are easily walkable (under 10 mins).
Getting around: Getting to Brighton is easy. There are a plethora of buses running all over Brighton and Hove from the street, as well as a taxi rank outside the station - and of course the station itself which is around a minute’s walk away. It’s one stop to Brighton - 4 mins
Uber operates in Brighton/Hove, and the local company is competitively priced and very efficient. A taxi into Brighton should be under £10.
We've lived in Hove for over 10 years and absolutely love it. Our apartment gives you access to the best of Hove, and being so close to the station, the whole of Brighton too - you couldn't ask for more!

About the host
Hosted by Ben
Father of four, living in Hove in the south of England - I love hosting our holiday property!
Why they chose this property
This apartment has a lovely feel to it. We purchased it in 2018 and it required complete renovation. As such, we've made it exactly the sort of place we'd like to stay in. All mod cons, lovely new beds, with crisp white linen and soft fluffy towels. It's the ideal place to stay for a group of friends, a family or a romantic weekend getaway.
What makes this property unique
The location is excellent. A stone's throw from Hove station, incredibly convenient for buses and taxis as well - opposite a lovely parade of shops and excellent cafes - yet cosy, quiet and comfortable. There's a small supermarket around the corner - so everything you need is on your doorstep. What's more, its only around ten minutes to a large supermarket, and the bars and restaurants of Hove... and a tiny bit further, the beach! And to add to this, you can be in Brighton in minutes (just four if you take the train) - about ten in a taxi. I love it!
