Located in the heart of L'Horta Nord, it is a town house in Carpesa, 10m from Valencia. In an environment far from the bustle of the city but at the same time close to and in contact with the more agricultural side of Valencia. Rehabilitated respecting to the maximum the exterior and interior structure of the building. It consists of two heights; On the ground floor you have a hall, a guest room, a toilet, the dining room and kitchen as well as a 30 m2 patio. On the first floor two simple rooms with a bathroom and another double room with its own bathroom.
