About this property

Cozy, bright and modern house of 1925 newly restored on one floor overlooking the street. Unbeatable located in the most beautiful and commercial street of the district of Cabañal, Historical Heritage of the city of Valencia.
Reina Terraced House is only 300 meters from the Malvarrosa beach and is superbly connected to the center of Valencia, the City of Arts and Sciences and the airport: lines 19 and 92 of the buses stop at only 20 meters and the tram stop "Dr Lluch" is only 50 meters away.
The house is divided into the lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed of wood and viscoelastic sheets size 150X200 and a 55 "TV with free connection to Netflix, kitchen-dining room equipped with everything you need to cook and eat and toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large built-in wardrobe, 150X200 bed. It is a very pleasant stay that gives way to a terrace with garden furniture where you can relax in the open air of the visits to the city and the moments of the beach.
The bathroom, with a large window that connects to the terrace, consists of a large shower and toilet with automated system. The sink is integrated into the bedroom.
The house has all the necessary equipment to spend a few pleasant days: air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, iron and hair dryer.
Located 300 meters from the Malvarrosa beach, this house is in a quiet street in a neighborhood with many small well-stocked shops and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. A fantastic location on the beach and only 15 minutes from the center of the City of Valencia.
Located north of the Port of Valencia, Malvarrosa Beach offers its visitors 3 kilometers of white sand and crystal clear waters. The area was formerly occupied by fishermen but today it is a modern part of the city full of restaurants and bars. Valencia is a vibrant city full of history and culture, from classical architecture to a market full of life to the narrow streets of Barrio del Carmen and the ultra-modern City of Arts and Sciences.

Toller Aufenthalt

Ich war vier Nächte mit meiner 82 jährigen Mutter hier. Die Lage im EG war ideal, die Betten hervorragend. Der Bus hält vor der Tür und nette Tapasbars sind in 5 Min. Fußentfernung. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber u d gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Nähe zum Strand und Cafés ist toll. Auch zum Markt in Cabanyal war es nicht weit. Dort kann man sehr gut einkaufen. Gerne wieder!

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

Reina House was a perfect choice for a couples vacation in Valencia. The house is charming, clean and comfortable. It is well appointed with all that is needed for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed its location close to the beach, bus stop and restaurants. It is a short bus ride to the historic center area and the many attractions located there. Pilar was very easy to work with and check in was easy. We could not have made a better choice.
