With our daughter, son-in-law and son joining us, we knew the space would make or break this vacation. It not only made it, but made it spectacular. From the amenities to thoughtful touches, Bramley House was the perfect place from which to experience Hendersonville (within easy walking distance) and beyond.
Our family stayed here durning our children’s Spring Break. This was the perfect spot for exploring the surrounding area. The owners were wonderful and the home was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location to walk to and enjoy the annual Apple Festival. Great home for family.to.relax, dining table large enough for games and meals. Clean and comfortable home. Will be back for another stay.
My wife, 2 of our friends and I just spent a great week at Bramley House. We found it to be superbly appointed, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It's an easy stroll to the main downtown area, and a short drive to all the local attractions.

About the host
Hosted by Bob and Georgina Winslow
Georgina and Bob Winslow moved to Hendersonville from Texas in 2015. Georgina loves to garden, and has created a new garden adjacent to our other VRBO property The Garden Cottage (#990033). It is still a work in progress but she is happy to be in an environment which reminds her of growing up in England. Georgie also is a volunteer gardener for the Flat Rock Playhouse. Bob is a website designer mainly for Christian churches and ministries. We attend, and are active at, Biltmore Church in Hendersonville. We warmly welcome you to Bramley House and would like to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Please do not hesitate to let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable.
Why they chose this property
We love old properties and are happy to restore this once commercial property to the wonderful home it was meant to be. We love 5th Avenue W and want to see it character of strong residential area for families remain. When we first toured the property we loved its high ceilings and large windows and beautiful floors. We saw the potential in opening the kitchen to the dining room and making an inviting modern living space. Plus the home offers great accommodation with 3-4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. You will feel connected to the neighborhood and connected to Historic Hendersonville.
What makes this property unique
Modern kitchen and baths but the serenity of a quieter time. Relax in the porch swing or enjoy a game of cornhole in the back by the BBQ and outside eating area. Inside are all the modern conveniences in but the charm of a craft home. And most important, Downtown Hendersonville is an easy stroll away!
