About this property

A beautiful house with private access to the sea, 25 km to the city.

A very beautiful and functional house with own jetty for small and big boats. A “small” beach suitable for children very close to the house. The environment is quiet and calm with a fantastic view overlooking boats on its way in and out of the Stockholm archipelago. The house has lots of spacious areas for eating, relaxing or just sitting still watching the birds and boats on the water. A big kitchen with all the necessities such as dishwasher, big oven, espresso machine as well as traditional coffee brewer. Big fridge and freezer in the kitchen. Fireplace as well as a separate dining area closed to the kitchen. Overlooking the water is a big dining table where up to 22 people can dine together using the extensions. The house had 4 separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets and, cushions. 2 separate bathrooms one on each floor all with a toilet. One separate toilet on the ground floor. There are 2 different dining areas in different locations facing the sun as well as a separate space for a relaxed mid day break. A wooden terrace surrounds the whole house. The best view is seen from the lounge facing the sun set. Lots of comfortable deck chairs for relaxing around the house and on the jetty. A small boat is available, life vest as well in various sizes. Free wi-fi

Family Vacation

The accommodation was as described, great location right on the water. Ferry terminal to Stockholm just 15 minutes walk away. The hostess was very kind and communication with her was very easy. The accommodation is highly recommended, we had a lovely stay

Absolutely beautiful house and location

We had a wonderful week, wish it had been more. We swam,, enjoyed the sauna, had bbqs, found chanterelles in the woods. Drank coffees or wine at all the inside and outside sitting areas depending on where the sun was. The house was so well equipped and Kicki was so welcoming. Would definitely go back. Thank you.

Wonderful house right by the sea

We were a family of four (three adults & one infant) that spent a lovely week at the property. The house is airy with great views from most rooms, clean, fully equipped and with multiple areas to sit outside to get most of the sunshine. The house is right by the sea and we organised a boat taxi to pick us up straight from the house to waxholm and other places in the archipelago, which worked very well. Communication with host was easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. Would recommend

Trauhaus

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Schweden. Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles gezeigt. Das Haus ist an bester Lage direkt am Meer in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Durch die vielen Terrassen und den Steg, hat man zu jeder Tageszeit ein Plätzen zum Geniessen. Das Haus selbst hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Gastgeberin :)

Gorgeous house at an amazing location

Owner was extremely helpful and kind and easy to communicate with. The house has everything you need and the location is an absolute dream. On the water with the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine, out there in the nature, but still close to Stockholm and stores. Specific: a terrace/patio for every possible sun constellation and beautiful interior decoration throughout the whole house! We were two families with 4 girls and we had two unforgettable vacation weeks. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your house, Kicki.

Traumhaft schön

Wir hatten einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es bietet verschiedenste Möglichkeiten den Tag zu verbringen. Die Lage ist unbezahlbar! Direkt am Meer, mit einem eigenen Steg ins Meer. Die nächsten Nachbarn sind weit entfernt und man kann die Zeit ungestört genießen. Neben dem Haupthaus gibt es noch ein Nebenhaus, wo die Kids übernachten können und ein Saunahaus. Mit der Vermieterin hat alles super geklappt. Sie hat uns am ersten Tag persönlich willkommen geheißen und alles gezeigt. Am letzten Tag persönlich verabschiedet und stand und jederzeit für Tipps und Empfehlungen (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Jet-Ski-Verleih, ...) zur Verfügung. Ein wirklich wunderschönes Haus, eine traumhafte Lage! und eine tolle Vermieterin! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Vielen lieben Dank nach Schweden liebe K. 😊
