The property is located on Ingarö, the 16th largest island in Sweden. The Island is accessible by car.

The house sits 54 meters above sea level, stunning views of the ocean to the north and the untouched forrest to the south.

The house was built in 2015 together with architects Hultman / Vogt paying very close attention to detail. All materials are chosen to blend in and give character to the house.

The house has a large wood heated sauna with its own lounge area, as well as outdoors fire heated bath / plunge pool that sits up to 8 people.

It also has its own water well of fresh ground water, recycling and compost burrow to make as minimal impact on nature as possible.

The master bedroom has an exceptional view, and there are 2 additional guest rooms, as well as 2 bathrooms, located one on each floor. The master bedroom sits privately on the wing of the 2nd floor with a limestone bathroom and plenty of closet space. There is an additional guest room on the top floor with a queen size bed.

The kitchen is open and spacious, and the dining area can seat more than 12 people. It has massive glass doors to the terrace with a dining table and BBQ.

There is a fireplace in the living room, large sofa, tv, wifi and SONOS sound system.

5 minutes away with boat is Strömma kanal, a famous boat spotting hub with small stores and a lovely restaurant.

5 minutes walk (700m) from the house is a water lake in the woods, (The Mill Lake) this is the perfect place for your everyday swim.

A 20 minute walk away is 'Säby Säteri'. It has a café, its own cider from the apple trees in the orchard, with its own local beer as well as the Säby rapeseed oil, alongside many other local specialties grown in the nearby areas.

The nearby woods have an abundance of blueberries and lingonberries during the season.

The house is only 30 minutes away from the city and about 1 hour from the airport making it easy accessible.
