Terrific, quiet spot

We had a great stay here for UTMB. We loved eating on the private patio with fantastic views of the mountain. The 15-20 minute walk to town was on a walking path by a rushing stream. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect for visiting Chamonix and exploring the area. No need to use the car. Takepublic transport (bus, train, lifts). Just park up on arrival and relax. The apartment is in a nice quiet surroundings with excellent view of Mont Blanc. Easy walk into Chamonix and Chamonix les Praz. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing chamonix apartment

We had a great time at this VRBO!! The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the center of chamonix and in a great location to get to all resorts on the chamonix le pass. The apartment also has a great mud room for ski gear. Would absolutely stay again!! Thank you both so much 🥰

Great stay in Chamonix!

I stayed at this VRBO in the spring of 2025 for a ski trip with come college friends. The hosts were very welcoming and greeted us to show me the ins and outs of the unit. They were very responsive about any questions I had. All of this was on top of the great location, beautiful home, and proximity to town (10-15 minute walk to town center). Would stay here again soon!

Home away from home

The location was perfect, a beautiful 10 minute walk on a path along the river to Chamonix- Centre. We were with 5 adults and the apartment was big enough for all to feel comfortable. We enjoyed eating dinner outside in the garden while looking at the surrounding mountains and watching the paragliders. The kitchen was very well equipped and the host responded to all our messages and made us feel welcome. We would book this place again if we want to come back to Chamonix.

Perfect for UTMB

My wife and I were in town for the races. This location was perfect for walking into town but not being directly in the middle of the chaos. We especially enjoyed exiting from the back patio and taking the path into town. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful. We will definitely check this listing for availability again if we are ever back in Chamonix.

Family ski break

The apartment is perfect. Cosy and with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds and bedding were particularly comfortable. The apartment is in a peaceful area and is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the centre of Chamonix. And we walked each day to the bus stop - 10 mins in ski boots - which was a little challenge but made us fitter. We really enjoyed our stay and Martine and Benoit stayed in close contact which was great.

Wonderful chalet walking distance from Chamonix centre

We were lucky enough to find this lovely apartment, beautifully furnished in the classic alpine style. Plenty of space for the 5 of us (3 adults & 2 children). The apartment has lots of equipment and the hosts were kind enough to provide all of the kitchen basics like seasoning and sugar, even laundry tabs which made the stay really comfortable. They provide a lovely warm welcome, gave us lots of local info, and kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. We would recommend!!

Summer 2023

The property was perfect for our needs and was very well presented by the owners. The location was nicely situated midway between La Praz and Chamonix, the owners Martine and Benoit met us on arrival and were very welcoming. I would highly recommend this property to any family who have between 1 and 4 children as there was ample space for up to 6 people. The apartment is on the ground floor with a nice garden and was perfect for our holiday which involved lots of walking, cycling and climbing.

Serene Retreat Near Chamonix Center

My mom and I stayed here for 26 days and loved it! Martine & Benoite were quick to respond and super attentive the entire time, their place is well equipped and beautifully decorated - it feels like a real home and not a standard rental property. The location is excellent, just a quick 15-20 min walk into Chamonix centre while also being far enough to enjoy evening silence and gaze at the stars looking at Mont Blanc. It is also a 10-15 min walk from Les Praz and La Flegere lift. We came during summer, whenever there were hot days the house felt cool inside, especially downstairs. It had everything we needed and we can’t wait to come back.

Great stay in Chamonix

The apartment was great for our trip for 2 adults and adult children The owners were very responsive, using What's App for communication. a bonus is that there is a plenty of parking on the street for our oversized car. great views off the deck. Nice to be able to enter from the garage area. Owner met us with the keys on our schedule. kitchen was well stocked. heaters worked great. a few notes: There are two bathrooms...one upstairs was tricky to find. The circular staircase was a bit challenging for the older folks It is about a 15-20 minute walk from downtown, which we did frequently on the paths

Très bel appartement et très grand.Une très belle térasse pour manger dehors avec une très jolie vue ! Très bien équipé il ne manque rien.Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée ce qui est un sacré avantage surtout lorsque l’on n’arrive un peu tard. Un super séjour dans un appartement idéal

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l appartement de Martine et Benoit qui ont tout fait pour nous faciliter les choses. L appartement est très bien situé, environ 20 min du centre de chamonix. Sur deux étages, accès direct par l étage du bas directement au garage qui est très pratique. C’est décoré et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et de charme.

Ruim appartement ,zeer netjes en alles aanwezig. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars.

Zeer snelle en vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Wij zaten met vragen en kregen steeds snel antwoord. Bij het aankomen waren zij ter plaatse om ons te ontvangen,Zeer lieve en hartelijke mensen. Kregen rondleiding en ook nadien hielden ze contact. Het appartement was heel proper en alles was aanwezig. Het is een ruim appartement.
