Nancie's Place is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with views overlooking Victoria Road in the heart of Dartmouth and has its own parking. It's a 100 meter walk from the river front. Located over two floors, this lovely property is perfect for those who like to be within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants. It has a very pleasant atmosphere affording a relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Please Note However** You must be able to climb stairs - two flights and one flight internal as there is no lift in the building.

****Newly Refurbished & Own Parking**** Being at the heart of such a relaxed town is amazing. Please note however Nancie's Place is a second floor apartment accessed only by stairs.
