Nancie's Place is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with views overlooking Victoria Road in the heart of Dartmouth, and is a 100 meter walk from the river front with it's own private parking space. Located over two floors, this lovely property is perfect for those who like to be within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants. Nancie's Place is a two bedroom private duplex apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and separate lounge Call Me Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm Saturday 9am to 9pm Sunday 11am to 4pm. Nancie's Place Bed Linen & Towels Bed linen is provided as maximum 8 person occupancy as follows: Master Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for Two persons, bed linen and towels for two children Second Bedroom - Bed linen and towels for two persons Additional Bed Linen and Towels for occupancy of the Sofa Bed in lounge, must be arranged prior and an additional charge of £10 per person will apply, (however you are welcome to bring your own linen and towels for here.) The Apartment is within easy access of Plymouth City, Bantham, Bigbury On Sea, Salcomb, Thurlestone, Brixham, Kingsbridge, Kingswear, Paignton, Torquay, Blackpool Sands, Stoke Flemming, Slapton & Hope Cove

excellent.

despite one or two small hiccups matt the host was great in dealing with them. I'd recommend for a short stay in Dartmouth.

****Newly Refurbished & Own Parking**** Being at the heart of such a relaxed town is amazing. Please note however Nancie's Place is a second floor apartment accessed only by stairs.
