It has undergone a lot of adjustments throughout the years until 2012 when a careful renovation was led following modern top-notch comfort and design. Natural materials, sourced locally, guarantee a high housing quality. Surrounded by an unspoiled natural landscape, it's just a short distance from San Casciano dei Bagni village, the most charming in Val d'Orcia.

Villa Vetrichina nowadays welcomes an intercontinental clientele, mainly from the USA and also from Asia and India. In autumn and spring thermal waters are a big draw attracting Italian clientele fond of this marvelous corner of Tuscany where time has a special dimension and natural landscapes are unique. Villa Vetrichina is open all year round and can be rented in its entirety. In the festivities the atmosphere is truly magical, our highly qualified staff provide first class service and hospitality.

With the help of Chef Francesco we organize informal cooking classes, full of fun, but in line with the most genuine culinary traditions. We use high quality locally sourced ingredients. The manor house opens its doors and turns into a lab where water and flour become tagliatelle, ravioli, fettuccine and the sauces delicious smell promises a delicious tasting experience. The villa has 6 double bedrooms, extra-large beds, memory mattresses, Italian linen in terracotta and cotton, the bathrooms with taps by Italian designers all have large in travertine showers and one has a romantic copper tub, a bedroom with two single beds for boys and a bathroom available for guests. the villa has rooms on the ground floor with exit to the garden, and on the first floor a large and comfortable living room with comfortable sofas, a nice small terrace offers moments of authentic relaxation. surrounded by ancient oak trees but 5 minutes from the pretty village of San Casciano dei Bagni, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
