Casa Farfalla is a bright apartment that is part of a villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Farfalla you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi. Casa Farfalla is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features two panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Praiano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 200 meters (660 feet), the stop for the SITA bus Amalfi - Sorrento line at 80 meters (roughly 260 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia della Gavitella) at roughly 500 meters (550 yards) including 400 stairway steps.
Casa Farfalla is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 14 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Farfalla. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 100 meters (110 yards), for a fee, in a private parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you.

The owner of  Casa Farfalla lives next to this apartment. She is a very nice lady and, in case you need help, she will be available to assist you and provide useful tourist information.
Terrace 1
The first terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning and by an elegant porch. It is equipped with two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coast of Amalfi.
Garden
The garden is 25 square meters (270 square feet). It is partly shaded by a bougainvillea pergola. You will be able to reach it through an external access, climbing 16 steps. It is equipped with a table. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the coastline. You will share the garden with the owners.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is vaulted. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a traditional wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
