Fabulous spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom villa with mountain views only 10 minute drive from the sea towns of Garrucha and Mojacar.

With its own private tennis court, swimming pool and much more. There is also a ping-pong table and a boules lane.

For young children there is a swing and slide and ball area.

There are lots of places of interest within a short drive, but enough things at the villa if you don't want to venture further.

Many very good local restaurants cater for all tastes.

A good choice of supermarkets for cooking at home too. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything you need for a group cooking at home.

It has everything to offer a family of all ages or a group of friends or a couple who want a bit of space to relax.

The villa sits in huge gardens and is only 45 minutes from Almeria Airport.

Just a walk away to Turre village with shops, Friday market, plus the all important restaurants and bars.

There is lots of space to be with your group or escape on your own. The property is completely fenced and walled so safe for children. Great at any time of year as this area has it's own microclimate so there is sun all the year around.
There is a BBQ and help is available 24 hours a day if needed.
