Central location with easy access to all of the areas amenities but quiet residential location not overlooked. and sea views. Two private terraces one with pool and both have bbq, external seating/dining areas and sun loungers great for families and couples wanting some sun bathing and dining privacy. Small rear Spanish style courtyard with bistro table for Al fresco breakfast and lunches.
Pool and external areas available all year around, note pool is not heated.
Very bright, large villa recently fully refurbished with two double bedroom, (space for cot or small foldaway bed suitable for child) with two bathrooms, one ensuite and other full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and overhead shower and large fitted wardrobes.

Large fully glazed living room, with open plan dining room and brand new fully equipped kitchen, all rooms on one level with car parking on the street or if a small car in the gated drive.

Private pool with outside shower and toilet, three external terraces with sitting and dining furniture, gas bbq and sun loungers. Private rear terrace with brick built bbq and seating areas with sun loungers. Full length conservatory with furniture including dining table and chairs. All rooms have air conditioning and fans with log burning fire and oil filled radiators for winter months. Close to beach, 3 mins walk and restaurants, bars etc.

Easy access with no steep walk!! Local bus stop at bottom of road with supermarket in walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and boutique shopping centre. Beautiful sea and mountain views. Free wifi and Sky Smart television

Beautiful clean and well equipped villa

Absolutely loved our stay , The villa is clean and equipped with everything you need, The pool is well Maintained and always clean, we definitely would come back again.

Not what we were expecting for the amount of money paid.

Unfortunately from when we arrived we felt as though now we had paid we didn’t matter. Two different names had been sent to us as local agents to meet us, on the day of arrival we were sent a message of how to let ourselves in as no agent was available, our stay was for just under a month, we never had one person check in on us, even though there was no information pack, no instructions on how anything worked. We had specified we wanted to be able to watch tv, despite several messages to owner eventually my husband had to purchase a VPN to enable us to do so. A week before we left there was a misunderstanding regarding trying to find film channel, owner had told us about apps, which she knew we have no real understanding of smart tv and she somehow cut off the VPN so we again were left with no tv. Nobody came to change bed linen or towels, we had one spare duvet cover, pillowcases and towels left on the spare bed. The “full bathroom” which has a distinct smell, has a jacuzzi bath, no instructions, a shower that floods the floor, and a large shower head which you can’t use as it pumps out brown water, a basin tap that once you have used it you don’t again because it feels as though it’s coming away, same as the toilet seat yet if you use the en-suite shower you need to be prepared that you might have a cockroach in the room with you. We had four during our stay. Also, had to purchase cleaning products as I needed to wash the floors the first day of the holiday as they were sticky and dirty, and the throws that were on the furniture. This could be down to “agent” not doing their job. The gated car parking area turns out to be too narrow and you have to park on the road opposite the house. The pool itself is kept very well but you have to sweep up the outside area everyday as there is always debris from the bushes which are quite thorny. The sun loungers need new covers as they are dirty and the material seems to be splitting. Went up to the roof terrace to take some photos and there were two piles of dog poo left up there. (We actually thought the property was a no pet property). We have never come away from a holiday early before, the first time the agent contacted us was to say what time she would be coming the day we were due to leave and we were already back home in England.

Just Perfect

This is our second stay in this beautiful villa. It’s immaculate, spotless, comfortable, spacious and has everything we need. The pool is gorgeous and the outside space private and tranquil. It’s ideally located for the local restaurants, supermarket and beach and just 10 minutes taxi ride to the fabulous old town. We love it!

Parfait

Agréable villa située au centre de Mojacar playa a proximité de la mer. Il faut cependant mieux avoir une voiture. Cadre tres agréable tres calme. Piscine parfaite avec un entretien au top. Literie excellente. Un très bon choix et nous reviendrons sans hésiter

We bought the property in 2016 and we use it personally throughout the year, so it has all of the facilities of a quality home not a rental property. We have been holidaying in Mojacar for the last sixteen years and love the resort and surrounding areas.
