Sleeps 32! Great for Families, Private Fenced Pool, Spa/Hot Tub, Play Gym, BBQ

Our 'Zion's Landing' home has a pool (18'x36') and a spa / hot tub (hours 8am to 10pm).
This home is ready for your group. All beds are made except for the twin beds. Clean twin sheets are provided on top of mattress for you to make them if using.
Zion's Landing provides a family friendly home with a wide array of activities for all ages. Perfect for large groups - reunions, business retreats or other getaways.
It has an inviting backyard with BBQ, covered patio, pool, spa / hot tub and play gym, security pool fence and locked gate. There is a large neighborhood park with an expansive grassy area with a covered pavilion.
The house has 3 large screen TVs, DVD players and recreation / game room. It has a nicely equipped kitchen for feeding large groups. New carpet was installed through out the home January 2021.
Parking for 8 cars on the driveway / side of the house (steep driveway initially). Please limit additional parking to directly in front of the house. We have outside (only) security cameras.
We have been in the nightly rental business for over 19 years. This location is our best!

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for the family. the Playground for the kids was a big plus, one of the biggest reasons I chose the property. Host / Cliff and Rose were very responsive to our questions. The property was close enough to Zion for hiking during the day and very quiet during the night for relaxing. Overall, a great stay.

The location of this house is ideal if you plan to spend time at Zions. It is hard to find a rental that will accommodate large families, so this was great. We had a great time!

Very enjoyable

The highlight of the place was the pool and hot tub. We had 28 people and we all fit comfortably. The place was very clean and put together. Great location if you want to visit Zion. Also close to grocery stores

Great place to stay!

The place was awesome! The pool was cold and internet didn’t work great. But overall it was great for our big family. Loved having the 2 fridges for food and the playground for the kids. Will definitely be staying here again.

Mothers 89th Birthday Celebration

The home is beautiful and spacious. Located in a very nice neighborhood that is close to LaVerkin & Hurricane. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the tables outside in the shade. Parking was plentiful.

We had multiple family members come and stay for the week. We had so much fun. The house was very nice and the owners communicated very well with us. We have done this for years and I asked my kids of all the houses which would you want to come back to and they said this one.

Zions Landing

The location was great to explore Zion and Bryce was 2 hours away. We went to both National Parks during our stay. The children and teens loved the room with 12 bunk beds, they are still talking about it. If your party has lots of children and/or teens, best room in the house

Family fun

We had 4 generations staying with us. Our 4 children and their families. 2 yr old to 87 yr old grandma, 24 total. Plenty of room and accessible for all of our needs. Pool and hot tub worked well. Close to all kinds of activities. Would definitely come again.

House was great, everyone had a great time. Everything was clean. Pool was warm. Lots of space for everyone. Only con is the pool hours were rough. No exercising in the morning no hanging out in the hot tub at night :/ Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Great Place

This house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of space for everyone. The one down side was the 10:00 cerfew. I didn't realize you had to shut down the pool at a certain time. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Nearly perfect!

Great response times with the owners, rental felt clean (with minor exceptions below), fans in helpful places (important in July heat), large open spaces inside (great for large group), & backyard felt private/secluded (despite not being far from groceries/gas/sites/etc.). Overall definitely a place I’d recommend & return to but some issues that came up were some ants on the dining room floor (maybe 30ish when the floor had crumbs), the AC can’t go below 73 without risking problems, & the pool was murky (possibly caused by bag in filter from previous group, but still fun to play in).

Amazing Space!

Home is perfect for a large family gathering. Kitchen is amazing with plenty of seating. Home is very clean. Swimming Pool is fenced and can be locked for safety. Swimming, ping-pong, foosball, and children's play area kept everyone busy. We would choose to stay again.
