Beautiful chalet in an area close to the beach, 2 minutes from Shopping Centre X- Sur, spa, restaurants etc. The property has been recently renovated and decorated in a modern and cosy style. Ideal for groups up to 10 people. There are 5 bedrooms, two of which are connected. It has a barbecue with outdoor dining area, private pool (heated upon request with an extra cost of 150 € / week), terraces, internet, towels, bed linen, TV, fully equipped kitchen etc.

Great stay above Fanabe beach

Very nice basic house in a quiet neighborhood. Groceries and shopping just a few steps away and Fanabe beach just a short distance away. Very nice house for 4 adults with 5 kids.

We stayed in this villa as a family of ten with two children villa was in a safe secure neighbourhood within walking distance to shops and some Restaurants only 5 euro in taxi to adje also woudl Definitely book again with this agent and return to this villa was a great holiday

Absolutely recommend this villa b

The villa is the best equipped we have ever stayed in. It was clean, tidy and had plenty of space for everyone inside and out. The details need to show that one bedroom is accessed through another. Which is not a problem for us but could be for 5 couples.

Second time at this villa, everything works for us the villa is clean and everything works for our party, air con upstairs was not working but they arrived promptly to carry out a repair, no complaints about this villa or the agents and the locations suits us so will be back next year

Lovely villa in a great location

We had a fantastic time in Costa Adeje! The villa was beautiful and modern with everything we needed. Having five en suite rooms was great so our grown-up kids had their own space too. We hadn’t realised one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom - didn’t cause any issues but something to be aware of. The location was great - with a supermarket and lots of restaurants 5 min walk away. The beach was about 15mins walk and plenty more restaurants and bars there too. So no car needed and easy to get taxis if you want to go further afield.

Excellent property and we'll look after by the agent Evangalena

Loved the property, fantastic location, large supermarket practically across the road. The resort centre is within walking distance, also with two small children, the villa was very safe and secure, the heated pool was very inviting.
