About this property
3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet street but in a lively town, close to the beach
A typical fisherman's house. It has 3 bedrooms that sleeps six (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom) and is close to the beach, only 2 minutes away. We have 2 cots available, high chairs and a baby bath. It has a 50m² roof terrace with table & chairs, sunloungers, a BBQ, sink and shady area. The house is well equipped with all the things needed for enjoying a stress-free holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge, a freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee perculator, hand blender, washing machine and there are pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.

We have been together for over 30 years and have known each other since we were teenagers. We decided on Spain for our future for the weather, culture and definately for the people, who are so friendly and helpful.
Why they chose this property
We were initially looking for an apartment for us to retire to but fell in love with this house. It is on a lovely quiet street yet so central to all the shops, bars and restaurants and the beach is only 2 minutes walk away. We cannot wait to retire!

Having your own entrance without people above and below you. The 50m2 roof terrace for relaxing, sunbathing and eating al fresco, with views to the mountains and over the town
