The Blue Villas, which were designed in detail with your comfort as our goal, promise you unique, relaxing and carefree holidays. With the sea at your feet, it’s the perfect scene for quiet and rejuvenating moments under the sun, viewing the Cretan Sea, the sandy beach and the small but charming “Aghion Theodoron” island.

You are being offered the opportunity to visit well known local holiday attractions, such as the enchanting beach of Falasarna, the exotic Elafonissi, or picturesque villages like Paleachora and Sougia. Furthermore, you will get the chance kato check out the cosmopolitan side of Crete, since this area hosts some of the most renowned night clubs of the island. Great Location,

We had a great stay in Chania; the house was clean and spacious. It had a hot tub, pool, washing machine and air conditioning. It was in a great location too; across the road from beach, near shops and restaurants.

Great stay

Very spacious villa. We were 7 ladies and there are lots of spaces to eat/drink/chill. Bit of a sharp hill up from beach but its only a few mins. Great check-in, helpful and friendly. Loved it.

Dejligt hus, men for koldt i marts. Desværre er der kun service til 6,men der er gode faciliteter og plads til 8. Et minus for den udendørs pool er at den ligger i skygge fra kl 14:30. Kan stærkt anbefales til andre familier.

I can undestand that this passing winder season is not as warm as we would like to be but we cannot of course control the weather and temperatures in early April are thankfully pleasant, but far from summer heat. All our house is fully airconditioned so every season can be discovered in Crete with ease. Markos

Lovely villa with a beautiful view

I loved this villa. Very steep slope down to the beach but apart from that it was very clean and very relaxing. Markus was also brilliant whist we were down there. Food in the restaurants very similar and all with chips. You may want to get a car if you want more authentic Greek food. Beach very clean and very long. Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday!!

Marcos was a great help to us and the villa was amazing! The location was very beautiful and close to the beach. We went in the end of November and No one was around our area. It's a bit of a drive to the Harbour in Chania, but well worth the 10 minute drive.

Excellente situation - maison très agréable

La location est absolument conforme au descriptif. Elle est très propre, bien équipée. La literie est parfaite. Et la vue depuis la terrasse est vraiment chouette. Les enfants ont, eux, énormément apprécié la petite piscine qui est bien agréable en rentrant le soir. On l'avait choisie pour sa situation, proche de la Canée et plutôt en direction des belles plages de Balos et Falassarna. On a énormément apprécié la proximité de la plage et les commerces à quelques mètres permettant de faire les quelques courses alimentaires nécessaires. Pas mal de resto aussi mais nous n'avons pas testé. Markos est un hôte très agréable et très prévenant. A l'image des Crétois que nous avons vraiment aimés! Beau séjour. Nous recommandons.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location et tout était parfait: la conformité des lieux par rapport à l'annonce et aux photos, la propreté, la gentillesse de Markos. Le ménage est fait tous les deux jours, serviettes et draps installés, climatisation de toutes les pièces, wifi, télé satellite... vraiment que des bonnes surprises. Nous n'avions qu'une envie : prolonger notre séjour !!

Blue Villas are 20 meters above the sea level and the view from there is absolutely magnificent. Blue Villas are not by the busy main road but in a road above that witch makes it more quiet and more private.

What makes this property unique

Unique view & luxury, actually the whole gulf of Chania and be in the Jacuzzi or in the private pool relaxing!
