This house is ideal for a family vacation on the Costa Brava!Maximum capacity of 6 people.Magnificent outdoor area with infinity pool and magnificent sea views, relaxation area where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals in the sun, integrated barbecue and parking for 2 cars.The villa is spread over 2 floors: on the ground floor is the living-dining room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is 1 double bedroom with access to the balcony and sea view, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.Animals not admitted.Free WIFI.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchairReservations of young people accepted only upon prior request.Rules and special deposit for young people:A cash deposit of €150/person must be paid.
