This place was fantastic! My partner and I chose this place because of its location, pool, and how beautiful the pictures looked for our group vacation. It lived up to every single aspect. The property manager was wonderful, and each and every one of our friends loved the house so much. We had such a wonderful time with the pool being the main attraction day in and day out. Highly recommend. There are a couple negative reviews on here, but I’d like to say that they are non-existent and the property team has rectified any past issues so you should stay without any concern. Thank you again, Villa Stephanie for being such a wonderful stop on our journey as a couple.

Everyone in our large family group loved this property! We lounged by the pool, gathered in the living or dining room, and there always seemed to be plenty of space for us never to feel crowded. Beds were super comfy, with good linens. Kitchen worked well. House was a quick walk to the beach, and walking distance to several restaurants. We’d love to stay there again and I can highly recommend this property!

Everything was great! We had no water issues or air conditioning issues. Very clean, convenient location and more than enough room for my party of 10. Outdoor area was our favorite we grilled and sat by the pool.

Excellent communication with the host. They are very responsive before, during, and after the stay. Rafa is truly a gem. This is a great large home if you are traveling with family/friends and need to spread out. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The patio area is an amazing place to lounge, and having a pool right there is great. There are three bathrooms, all with shower/tub, and an additional one in the cabana bedroom as well. The home is a very short walk to the beach, pickleball courts, and basketball courts. The community is gated and getting in and out can be confusing, but nothing that interrupts the vacation. Old San Juan, Isla Verde, La Placita, Condado are all a short ride away. There are blackouts on the island (still), and the generator at the house worked quite well during the prolonged one we experienced. I highly recommend renting.

This place was great for our girls trip! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved having our morning coffee out by the pool! It's a great space to hang out, even if it's raining. Ruben was great to work with, even fixing things during the check in process. Would definitely stay here again!

There were several inconveniences with the property, such as small appliances not working, the details in the Welcome manual seemed to be for another property, which sucked when it came to planning beach days and locating suggested restaurants, however the BIG issue was toilets not working. We also had several hours of no running water at the property.The property manager did a good job of responding quickly and sending plumbers to help, but there was not one full day of everything functioning properly during our 5 day stay.There was a good bit of construction in the neighborhood and next door, which was noisy and annoying when trying to relax poolside, but not a huge deal.The property needs a little TLC, but overall the house and pool were nice.

In response to Alicia's review There were several inconveniences with the property, such as small appliances not working, All appliances are working and almost all are of recent purchase. If guest would have indicated , we would have solve it very quickly. the details in the Welcome manual seemed to be for another property, Welcome manual is for this property so don't know what guest is referring to. however the BIG issue was toilets not working. Sent our handyman to fix as soon as notified. We also had several hours of no running water at the property.The property manager did a good job of responding quickly and sending plumbers to help, but there was not one full day of everything functioning properly during our 5 day stay. We have had several weeks of faulty water service from our local authority. In response, we upgraded to a larger 1000 gallon water cistern to cover when service is either faulty or interrupted. the house and pool were nice. thanks

Fun, cute place!!

Such a cute house - stayed here with friends and we all had a great time. Loved the pool and it was a great location to everywhere. The property manager was super sweet and accommodating as well! Would stay here again :)

This was a Four Day Guys Getaway. We enjoyed yourselves greatly. This property is made for entertaining. Our wives are jealous and insist on a Four Day Couple's Getaway right here!!!Hopefully by then the hot water situation will be resolved. We are looking forward to a return trip.

Absolutely awesome VRBO. In a nice gate secured neighborhood with easy access. Very close to grocery store and beaches / other amenities in San Juan. Lived up to the pictures and was very comfortable for the group of 8 we had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Stay at Villa Stephanie

Stayed at villa for a week to visiy with family across P.R. Location easily accessible. Easy to get around including beach. House amazing. Everyone had their own room and family space and pool was awesome. We would definitely book again for 7-8 adults.

Host interaction, checkin/checkout was great and we enjoyed our stay. However, we did have some problems with getting hot water, 2 of the toilets didn’t flush on the last few days and one of the air conditioners didn’t work. Additionally, the bedroom by the pool had a leak. To be fair, we did not report any of these issues during our stay as we did not want repair people coming and going while we were there. The outdoor space was wonderful.

Family time in San Juan

All theee generations of a family group of eight, enjoyed our 5-day stay. We found the property to be as pictured in the listing, and the pool area was a major plus. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any request or question. Some of the indoor furniture could use a little TLC. Definitely recommend this property.

Great for extended family

Loved Villa Stephanie!

Had an amazing stay here! Ruben was great and the house was perfect for our group. Only complaint was difficulty getting Ubers bc of there only being one entrance in the compound. However, the house was very centrally located, quick rides everywhere we went. The pool and outdoor area was the best part!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa

When we came in we were received very well and given we some gifts by the host(luis). He then recommended some nice places to stay, the house was very clean and organized and the bathrooms were very well stuffed!The swimming pool was our utmost best chill spot, the setting was really beautiful and the water was warm. There is a nice beach that is walking distance from the house and the view there is absolutely stunning!All the 7 days we spent there we had a really nice time.

2024 Tropical Vacat

House was as good as the listing, lots of room for all eight of us. Location was ideal, close to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Ruben greeted us and gave us a tour of the house. Definitely recommend this house and location for anyone visiting Puerto Rico with a group.
