Beachfront Paradise with infinty pool

Our Beachfront house has everything you need for a perfect tropical vacation. Located on a MODEST coastal neighborhood, our beachfront house is a true tropical paradise, beautiful decor, it has direct access to the beach breathtaking ocean views, an infinity pool, and much more.

The space
In the first floor it has:
-3 bedrooms with 6 beds (2 queen beds and 4 twin beds)
-2 full baths (one inside and one outside)
-Living room with Smart TV
-Outdoor dining area for up to 12 people
-Pool table
-Fridge
-Outdoor canopies for lounging
-PRIVATE inifinity pool with a Sundeck

Important: Guests must GO upstairs to access the full kitchen.

In the second floor it has:
-Full kitchen
-Living room with Smart Tv
-2 Full bathrooms (one in master bedroom)
-4 people dinning room
-2 bedroom with 3 beds
-1 bedroom with bunk beds that fits 2 to 3. people depending on size (1 full
and 1 twin bed)
-Master Bedroom with queen bed that has a private indoor/outdoor bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with privacy and an amazing ocean view.
-All bedroom have air conditioners

Important:
-You HAVE to rent a car PERIOD.
-Guests must GO upstairs to access the full kitchen.
-Infinity pool is above ground pool with stairs, meaning that it has tall walls. Kids must be supervised at all times. If you don't expect to supervise your kids during your stay please do not book our place.
-To access the beach is through a wood deck and stairs (as in the pictures)
-Beach (even hotel beaches) are all public in Puerto Rico
-Our beach house is in a modest fisherman neighborhood, is NOT inside a resort.

About the beach...
-The shore length (beach sandy area) is affected by the sea conditions, sea level and tides and vary from season to season, we can not control it.
In the fall/winter you will see less shore than in the summer or NO beach/shore/sandy area at all. By the moment the pictures were taken, sea levels were low, so we had beach/sandy area. Again not in our control.
You can swim depending on the sea conditions and at your own risk.
-From September to April the waves gets wild and we do not recommended the beach use.
-During the end of April to August the water gets calmer (most of the time)
A few steps from the house there is a shallow with big rocks that forms a breakwater and is calmer and shallow even on bad time (See last picture)
Guest access
Parking is enclosed in the property, for up to 3 cars. Our Beachfront Home is in a MODEST, I REPEAT MODEST coastal fisherman neighborhood.

Check in time is between 4pm to 9pm.

Driving time to most popular attractions:
35 mins form SJ International airport
20 mins to El Yunque Rainforest
38 mins to old San Juan
20 mins to Piñones
35 mins to Ceiba ferry terminal
35 minutes to Fajardo Bio Bay and Catamaran for snorkeling
Other things to note
Important notice:
All beaches in Puerto Rico are public, even though we have private access to the beach, the beach is NOT private. So you will interact with locals, fisherman or other visitors/tourists in the area.

Important:
-The shore length (beach sandy area) is affected by the sea conditions, sea level and tides and vary from season to season. We can not control it, in the fall/winter you will see less shore than in the summer or no beach/shore/sandy area at all. By the moment te pictures were taken, sea levels were low, so we had beach/sandy area. Again not in our control. We won't give credit in case sea conditions are not favorable to swim or get into the beach.
-Check in time is between 4pm to 9pm.
We will NOT accept check in after that time, so plan accordingly.
-Guests must GO upstairs to access the full kitchen
-Infinity pool is above ground pool with stairs, dangerous for unsupervised kids or teenagers.
-To access the beach is through a wood deck with stairs (as in the pictures)
