Welcome to Villa Violeta, a beautiful, refurbished beach house with pool, just steps from Isla Verde Beach, selected by USA Today in 2016 as one of the best Urban beaches in the world.
(THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.
SORRY, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED.
NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE LOUD NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)
The villa accommodates a total of 13 persons in six bedrooms and 5 baths.
It is in a perfect location due to;
1 proximity to the beach, only 1 minute walk.
2 proximity to restaurants, hotels, night life, bars, grocery store, pharmacy and shops, all within couple minutes walking distance.
3 10 min drive to any major attraction in San Juan such as Old San Juan, Condado and La Placita de Santurce.
The villa is fully ac'd, has good wifi, and cable tv.
It also has a pool, power generator and water cistern.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday in PR and ten people (and a baby) stayed at this beautiful VRBO. I must say this is the best experience I’ve had at a VRBO! The rooms were clean, the house was well equipped and super spacious. We created unforgettable memories. Our host was so wonderful and responsive. There was a squeaky door and someone even came in to fix that while we were there. Id definitely recommend this stay!

This home was perfect for our family vacation of eleven. Rafael was wonderful with answering questions and taking care of us! There was a water shortage in the San Juan area, but Rafael made sure we had plenty of water during our stay. Two of the bedrooms are in an apartment type building in the back yard. This was great for Pops and Nana to have quiet time from the grandkids. There was a nice welcome basket waiting for us in the kitchen. The beach was a 3 minute walk away. Towels, beach towels, sheets, bedding, pots/pans and dishes were plenty. Our family highly recommend this home and are planning on using it again in the future!

The house was as described. Location was close to the beach and restaurants. The house, other than the floors, were clean. All necessary furnishings were offered. We wished we had provisioned the house in advance. The property manager was responsive to questions and the few items that arose during our stay.

This house was fantastic, met all of our needs. The space utilization is wonderful. We stayed in the casita, it was serene. The open hang out area and kitchen are great for big families. We liked being able to park in a garage. The beach is right at the end of the street. Plenty of restaurants close by and even a coffee shop within walking distance.

The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. It is a nice two block walk to the beach. Very convenient and good local restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as a market a short drive away for groceries. The dishwasher is super small for the number of bedrooms in the house. Would recommend getting plastic cups and disposable dishes to cut down on work. We hired Paul Caroll to come and cook for us one night and it was absolutely fabulous! I would highly recommend him as the owner recommended him and he was very very good.

The property was amazing and it was the perfect location!!! Ruben gave a phenomenal tour of the house and gave some great recommendations. The pool was an amazing amenity to have especially after a long day of walking around Old San Juan. We are already planning our next visit.

It’s a wonderful stay! I would definitely book again!Easy 2 min walk to the beach, close to pharmacy and restaurants or bars. The was was very clean and beds were plush comfy!We were 7 and it felt airy and super relaxed.

We had such an amazing time in the house. Plenty of room for 11 people to have enjoy each other and your own space and privacy. The pool area was perfect to relax and enjoy the sun. The amenities are perfect. Thank you for the welcoming basket as well. We really enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. The beach is literally right down the road. Definitely renting again if it's available.

It was a good stay and good location. However, you are not given a security code for the alarm system and others have keys to come onsite, such as the pool guy. Scared my family member because we were told we were the only renters to have the keys. Overall, okay stay.

Our stay was amazing , the house is impeccable when it came to style and size and amenities. We were treated like family the minute we got there. Location is central to everything specially with the beach at your footsteps can’t ask for anything better. Everything is in walking distance from bars to restaurants to even Casinos. This was an amazing place to stay! My family of 9 stayed for a week and had a great time. So close to the beach, great pool to relax and read in, and amazing bedding! Communication was quick and so helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome first time experience in Puerto Rico

We were very happy with our stay here. Reuben made us quite comfortable and provided plenty of information regarding the island when we were checking in. The property is beautiful and close to the airport so it made our travel plans much easier. We would definitely recommend this property to large families or groups of friends, it was worth it!

Great house for the whole family!

The house looks just like it does in photos. There is plenty of space for different groups to enjoy and enough space to be all together. The location is great. It's very walkable and central to everything we came down for. Would definitely stay again for a large group!

sailing, bike riding, and utilizing the many amenities the local hotels had to offer.
Now older, I wanted to relive this experiences by purchasing this property.
I can also offer this unique experience to my guests in a luxurious, large and comfortable beach property.
