Excellent location, close to shops. Easy walk to train station to go to Cinque Terre. Great farmers out door market a couple of blocks away. Outdoor balcony is a nice plus.

Great location

Host was very responsive. We were able to drop our bags before check in so we could explore the city. There were only about 10 steps to top of apartment which was neat and clean. The air conditioning worked very well too. Easy 8 minute walk to train.

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall we really enjoyed our stay in La Spezia.The property is in a very nice quiet area, near lots of good restaurants and shops. It is also located an easy walk away from the train. This makes it very easy to access Cinque Terre.About the property itself:It has everything you need;The air conditioning worked well.The bed in the master had a somewhat firm mattress that I found very comfortable.Parts of the apartment appear to have been updated, but there are parts that need some attention. Small things like changing cabinet door hinges so the cupboards close would make a big difference in appearance.The kitchen is very small and oddly shaped which makes it awkward to work in if you plan to cook much.The bathroom has a bidet but it is so close to the toilet that if yo are a large or tall person or have mobility issues it would be difficult to use the toilet. I’m 178 cm or 5’ 10” and i had trouble with knee room.The only real issue we had was the property listing stated (and still states) that there is a washing machine. At the two week point of our vacation we were counting on this being true, but there was no washer in the property. When we asked the property manager about it we got no response. Ultimately we found a laundry a short walk away and there is a clothes line from the front door balcony.

Exceptionnel pour son emplacement. Mais décevant...Toilette difficile d'accès et assise très inconfortable par l'emplacement du bidet.L'annonce indique buanderie avec lave linge, mais notre hôte nous indique l'adresse d'une laverie... Et qu'il n'est pas possible de laver et sécher dans l'appartement.La bouilloire électrique est dangereuse car son arrêt automatique ne fonctionne pas donc si elle n'est pas débranchée elle continue à chauffer...Les lampes de chevet sont en mauvais état voire dangereuses car la douille et ou l'abat jour ne tiennent pas.Les instructions pour accéder au parking à notre départ n'étaient pas suffisamment claires. Heureusement nous avons été aidés par une personne de l'hôtel d'en face du parking.Quel dommage des petits désagréments faciles à améliorer mais qui nous étonnent pour une recommandation Abritel.

Fantastique, animation et calme

Ne pas oublier: taxes de séjour à payer.Situation incroyable, au coeur des rues piétonnes, et à l'abri des agitations! Grand logement propre, avec un balcon, très calme car situé derrière les immeubles-magasins. C'est beaucoup plus grand et beau que les photos. Les 2 lits sont très confortables et il ne manque de rien dans la cuisine. Adriana nous a communiqué toutes les instructions détaillées pour l'arrivée d'avance. Nous avons pu faire l'enregistrement plus tôt que prévu, ce fut grandement apprécié!. C'est à 8 min. de marche de la gare. Tout se visite à pied à partir du logement. Nous avons pu prendre facilement le bus puis le traversier pour visiter Porto Venere et Lerici. La situation du logement est vraiment une surprise très agréable de notre séjour à La Spéza. Merci Adriana!
