The apartment, renovated in 2019, is located on the corner of an ancient building dating back to the 1500s, situated in the heart of the historic centre, below the medieval castle of San Giorgio. Bright and overlooking Piazza del Bastione, it is just a short walk from the gardens and the sea. It is on two levels:
- private entrance from the rear street;
- 15 steps to the 1st floor: there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a single bedroom: each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower;
- 15 steps to the 2nd floor: there is a kitchen, living room with air conditioning and double sofa bed, and toilet with washing machine.
Private garage 600 metres away, outside the pedestrian area of the historic centre.

The neighbourhood offers many amenities: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops, and it is easy to walk to the train and ferry stations. It comfortably accommodates 5 people. Completely new furnishings. The numerous bathrooms allow for maximum freedom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator and hob. No oven. Near the house there are two supermarkets, a fresh pasta shop, as well as pizzerias and small restaurants, coffee bars and ice cream parlours. The famous local market in Piazza Cavour, open every morning from Monday to Saturday, is also within easy walking distance.

Great apartment! Awesome location !

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need with lots of privacy. The best part is the location- a beautiful piazza with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. 5 min walk to Marina and 10 min walk to train station. Very recommended!

My family and I (15, 12) stayed at this place a La Spezia for few days. The place is well located, a short walk from the station (10 minutes) et got a lot of space ! Perfect for a family. Great Stay!

It was a great location and the apartment was well equipped. The landlord was easy to communicate with and helped us out when needed. I was grateful for the parking even though it was a good walk away. Don’t pack heavy ;-). I’d go back anytime.

A great apartment in the city center, just a few steps from restaurants, shops, museums, market and night life. The apartment has separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. The sitting area was very nice and the kitchen well equipped for a long stay, except for the oven. The square downstairs can be a bit loud at night, so be prepared not to go to bed at least till midnight.

Great Location!

What a great space to base out of when visiting/hiking Cinque Terre for 4 days! Close walking distance to the train station & we loved the pedestrian-only area the place is located. Many restaurants close by, as well as a nice grocery store! Plus, the Catholic Church is right behind the place, along with the bells ringing in the morning! Loved seeing the Locals hang out in the Plaza at night & experiencing what they get to enjoy every day! The Place is absolutely perfect to relax & enjoy Italy! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in Cristina’s property. Bed was super comfortable and shower room although small but nice. The noise from the square in the front was loud on Saturday but ok on other nights. I hope Cristina will put a sign on or near the door so as to give future renters some confidence they are trying to open the correct apartment. Overall very comfortable

La Spezia!

This property’s location is outstanding! Right on a little square. We had espresso and cappuccino along with fresh pastries every morning at the little café 50 steps from the property. The apartment is immaculate, very clean. It’s even better than in the the pictures, The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We were there over a very lively Saturday night and couldn’t hear anything going on in the square. It was easy to visit Pisa and Cinque Terre from the apartment. There is a very old church right behind the apartment where we enjoyed some quiet reflective momwnts, it was really cool. It was in the 90’s everyday we were there, the A/C did a great job keeping the apartment cool. Overall an outstanding stay.

Look no further for a place to stay in La Spezia! We stayed here as a base for visiting Cinque Terre as the train station is a easy 10 minute walk away. To begin, communications with Cristina was great as she responded to all my inquires right away which I really appreciated and check-in and check-out were a breeze. This apartment is super clean with all amenities including air conditioning and 2.5 bathrooms! There are 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor that my 2 young adult sons took and my husband and I had the main floor. We were very comfortable in this space and found that La Spezia has a lot to offer on it's own so add some time to check out the area. Don't miss Triangoleria Rizzoli for delicious sweet and savory pastry.

Modern appartement in centrum

Mooi ingericht appartement in het oude centrum van La Spezia. Leuke winkels en restaurants om de hoek! Op zaterdagavond is er door uitgaande jongeren wel wat rumoer. Prima bedden en leuk uitzicht op een pleintje. Haven dichtbij. Als je graag naar strand wil dan is Lerici aan te bevelen. Het appartement is te koelen op de kleine slaapkamer na. Met de huidige temperaturen is het slapen daar wel erg lastig. Gelukkig hadden wij deze kamer niet nodig omdat onze zoon van de slaapbank in de woonkamer gebruik kon maken. Realiseer je wel dat met eigen vervoer het appartement lastig te bereiken is. Dus tillen geblazen! Voor ons was het ook lastig dat we onze fietsen niet konden stallen. Deze hebben we buiten laten staan maar dat voelde toch wat minder prettig omdat het dure fietsen betreft. Al met al een prettig verblijf in een leuk stadje!

A Perfect Sojourn in 5terre

This property is splendid. Starting with the communication to check-in checkout, it couldn’t have been easier. The central la Spezia location made it so easy to get around the town, and served as an optimal launching point for visiting the 5terre towns. The ferry station and the train station were easily reachable, both within a 10 - 15 minute walk from the apartment. Now about the apartment. First, it was spotless, well appointed, with all the amenities, including in the kitchen , baths (there are 2.5!) and the bedrooms. The instructions were clear and comprehensive, and the entire property was impeccably maintained. One of the best, if not THE best, we have ever rented in almost 20 years of vacation renting.

I decided to rent this property, before used by my family, after I restored it in 2018. I believe its strategic position allows to discover the surronding of the city, living at the same time the facilities of beeing located in the hart of it. Easy to get everywhere thanks to private garage, train and ferry boat connections.

An old Ligurian style house, of which the fireplace frame has been maintened, located indside the ancient medium age walls has been restored and equipped with style, in order to offer the best to the travellers who will appreciate the nice spaces and the services provided.
