Living this apartment let you experience the Italian lifestyle and feel part of the villlage vibrant live. Historic familiy apartment, fresco ceiling sitting room with windows facing the ocean and overstanding the marina like a theatre. At stone trow from beach. 2 bedrooms in the backside both with aircondo and 2 shower rooms with toilets, lots of windows, wifi unlimited, linen. Kitchen. Easy to train station, restaurants, café....Private Parking.

Once a year maintenance of original tiles and furniture.

Apartment is at second floor (23 steps only! which is nothing for 5 Terre standars).

Not only a place where to sleep!

Because of the central position in the village, directly facing the harbor, the corner position with windows on three sides, the apartment larger size respect the usual one, as well as the quality and style of decoration details original from '800 (while the building goes back to XIV century), make it possible that this apartment was used in the past by an important family in respect of Vernazza community.

The large sitting room view overlooking the life of the piazza, the heart of the village and the ocean. Master bedroom and double beds room are both in the back side of the apartment, with airconditioned, and when it was restored in 2009, a second batroom was added. Baby cot on request.

The original kitchen fully furnished and equipped, is ideal for one or two couples or a family with two (or three) children. Heating.

If you arrive by car, no problem, the apartment has a private parking inside the limited traffic area at the start of the Pedestrian Area (Parking extra fee: 35 euro per day - departure day not counted).

My family & I absolutely loved this charming, comfortable apartment right on the plaza in Vernazza with harbor/sea views! We felt like locals staying here. Loved the charm of the place & the details like the beautifully painted ceiling, crystal chandelier & wooden shutters. Having a washing machine made travel so convenient. I even hung our laundry on the clothesline like a local! The showers were nice & hot. Communication with the host was excellent! We absolutely recommend staying here!

Amazing location!

The location cannot be beat! In the center of town with the best view! We loved this charming place. Having two bathrooms was a big plus for us. The A/C is limited to a certain temperature and we arrived during a heat wave-the main bedroom a/c unit struggled to keep up. After a few days it cooled down much to our relief.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay overlooking Vernazza’s famous town square and marina. Cristina has done great job setting up the apartment, providing clear and helpful communications and information, and an easy check-in / check-out process.

Outstanding place to stay in Vernazza. Helpful staff. I had trouble getting in (my fault - follow the instructions to the letter) and they helped me quickly. Not quiet some mornings with them working in nearby restaurants, but worth it for what may be the best location in the Cinque Terre. Great town. Great location in the town. Overall highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

This beautiful property was immaculate, comfortable and well-maintained. The location is incredible! Amazing views of the sea from our apartment window. Less than a 1-minute walk to the beach. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station. The apartment is beautifully furnished and historic.

Catching up with friends in Cinque Terre

After a two year delay due to COVID, we finally had an opportunity to travel with friends to Cinque Terre. It definitely did not disappoint! The location of our apartment in Vernazza couldn't have been better. We were lulled to sleep by the waves each night and entertained by travellers visiting the piazza in front of the apartment during the rest of the day.

Amazing Location and Amazing Property Manager

The location was perfect: I could hear the waves from the ocean in the morning because I kept my windows open. The apartment is historic and beautiful. My wife, two kids and I stayed here, and it was a great size for us. The washing machine was a great added bonus. The property manager was great and made it so easy to figure out. Plus, if anything went wrong, I know that the bar/hotel downstairs would have a spare set of keys for me and anything else that I needed. This was a great place.

In the heart of Vernazza, beautiful apartment

We had a wonderful three night stay in this spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bath apartment. Centrally located overlooking the harbor - you simply can’t beat the view or the ease of transporting luggage through town from the station. Cristina’s apartment is well-appointed on the second floor. Although it can get noisy being right off the plaza and harbor (which is why we chose it), the bedrooms are tucked away in the back and it was not an issue with sleeping. Cristina was very responsive, and we definitely recommend it!

Hiking and sightseeing

My friend and I stayed at Cristina's charming apartment for three nights. First about the apartment. It is exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely comfortable for the two of us, a meticulously clean, unique apartment. The view from the apartment is spectacular and the close proximity to the train station makes it an ideal base for visiting all the other charming towns in Cinque Terre. Despite the central location of the apartment and the cafes and restaurants nearby we did not have any issues with noise in the evenings and we both slept very well. Cristina is a wonderful host. All emails and messages were answered promptly and the whole process from reservation to check in and check out was very efficient and easy. A detailed book of instructions in the apartment provides all you need to know about the appliances and garbage disposal. etc. In the same book you can read about the history of Cinque Terre and of the building you are staying in. Cristina's knowledge and affection for the area is clear. I highly recommend this apartment.

Cristina’s place was glorious! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The view was spectacular, it had all the amenities we needed and it was nice and clean. Self check in and out was no problem and communication through the app was helpful. Also great that there was a washing machine and a kitchen. Would highly recommend!! 10/10!

Spectacular and Authentic Apartment

This quaint, spacious, and beautiful apartment couldn't have been more perfect! Its vintage charm right in the heart of Vernazza made us feel like locals, and the views of the town and the sea from the gorgeous windows -- complete with green wooden shutters -- were incredible and picturesque. The elegant crystal chandelier and pink fresco on the living room ceiling puts this property into the top spot of my favorite international apartments of all time. We highly recommend this vintage pink beauty and the city it's located in 100%. Bellissimo!

Amazing location

The apartment is ideally located on the main square adjacent to the water. It has gorgeous views over the square and of the sea, and is only a few minutes walk from the station. The apartment is comfortable, and with the living room windows open, you can easily hear the hustle and bustle of activity in the square. That being said, even with the windows closed, the apartment can be quite noisy at night (due to the outdoor diners) and in the early morning (when the square is washed and refuse is removed). This is the price to be paid for the premium location and staying at a popular tourist area. Many restaurants and cafes are in very close proximity (minutes walk). A downside of the apartment was the two flights of stairs between the entry of the building and the door to the apartment. This could be challenging for people with heavy or cumbersome luggage. However, you should anticipate encountering stairs when you visit Cinque Terre. Our host, Christina, was responsive and very helpful. Instructions on accessing the accommodations were very clear. In summary, if you would like to stay in a premium location in Vernazza, I would highly recommend Christina’s apartment.

The perfect location and a beautiful apartment. Lots of room to relax and listen to the waves and the people on the square. Very clean, easy check-in. Fewer stairs to access than most places in town. We had rainy weather and still had a wonderful time.

Lovely sea view apartment

3 night stay. Loved the view. Could hear the garbage collection happening every morning, but the location of the apartment was worth it. Layout of apartment was nice. Nice living room space to relax in the evenings before going for dinner or before bed. We chose to eat out, so did not need to cook anything in the apartment. We did use the washing machine, and had no issues. Had a slight issue with the electric toilet off the second bedroom, but this was resolved through communication with the host and the cleaning lady. Overall a great stay! Would highly recommend. Was nice to be able to do self check-in as our train from Pisa got delayed, so we arrived a bit later than expected. We quite enjoyed the restaurants nearby, especially the Antica Osteria Il Baretto — the calamari was sooo good, and so was their spaghetti with mussels and prawns. Thank you to our host, for a lovely stay!

We had a very nice 2 day stay in Vernzza at Cristina’s apartment. Everything was clean and neat, plenty of space, comfortable and located right off the main plaza. Cristina was very accommodating and allowed us to check out later since we had an afternoon train. Great experience and highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Cinque terre!

the property was beautiful. The check in was difficult. We did not have the code and the property manager kept advising that she already sent it..and all we needed was the code to be relayed and her response was " I already sent it" when we are halfway around the world and just need a code, and a little guidance, she could have been much more helpful. perhaps too much of a language gap!
