Why they chose this property
It is a unique space, in a Florentine countryside village in the Chianti area. With my family we have lived in this house for many years. Now we have decided to make it available.
What makes this property unique
Ideal for families, friends, couples.
I love my house, in winter because there is a fireplace in the kitchen and a wood stove, in summer because it remains really cold inside! The walls, in fact, are very thick and are part of a medieval church dating back to the 1300s adjacent to the house. The location is suitable for visiting the wineries in the area where famous wines are produced and the art cities of Tuscany, easily reachable by car.
