Charming traditional holiday home

We really enjoyed our holiday in a traditional Tuscan holiday home. The pool is great and the surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Laura and her family are very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back one day.

Amazing views with central location to wineries

Laura was a great host! Available when needed and provided great help with the area. She suggested many interesting towns and wineries to visit. She was great. The home was spacious with a very authentic feel. Very spacious and clean.

Das Haus Bufati (wir wohnten im Yellow Appartement) ist wunderschön und mit rustikalen Möbeln, die zum Stil des Hauses perfekt passen, eingerichtet! Die Küche ist hochwertig und mit Allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt. Es liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Gelände mit einem schönen großen Infinity-Pool und bequemen Sonnenliegen und ist eingebettet zwischen Weinbergen und Olivenhainen! Der Empfang durch Laura im Bufati war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele gute Empfehlungen und Informationen für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen und konnten jederzeit problemlos mit Laura in Kontakt treten.Das Bufati ist in Wirklichkeit schöner als die Bilder es ohnehin versprechen. Man merkt an jeder Ecke, dass die Familie mit viel Leidenschaft dieses Anwesen renoviert hat und es auch mit Liebe erhält. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an Laura und die Familie!

Toskanischer Stil

Der Empfang von Laura war superfreundlich. Zu meinem Geburtstag gab es eine schöne Flasche Chianti Wein, das war sehr aufmerksam. Ferienwohnung sehr verwohnt und staubig. Unter den Betten und unter dem Küchenregal wurde nicht gereinigt. Spinnengewebe und Staub. Es bedarf hier und da einer Erneuerung bzw. Ergänzung der Einrichtung. Es sind Kleinigkeiten an denen es fehlt. Zum Beispiel an dem Kleiderständer im großen Schlafraum. Wackelt. Kostet bei Ikea nur wenig. Es sind zwar genug Kleiderbügel vorhanden, die aber über Jahre zusammengesammelt wurden. Das sind Pfennigartikel. Einmal eine Packung gleiche Bügel gekauft und schon ist der Eindruck ein Besserer. Esszimmerstühle instabil wackelig und klebrig. Wir haben erst einmal Sitzkissen für den Außenbereich gekauft, um bequem sitzen zu können. Geschirr und Besteck klamm und klebrig. Es fehlen Schüsseln. TV Empfang entgegen der Beschreibung nicht nutzbar. Zwar haben die Vermieter sich bemüht aber ohne Erfolg. W-Lan dagegen schnell und ausreichend. Bettzeug und Handtücher sauber und frisch. Dusche und Waschmaschine gut. Pool wirklich wunderbar. Betreuung durch Vermieter offen und freundlich. Fazit: Für den aufgerufenen Preis haben wir schon viel luxuriösere und insgesamt saubere Wohnungen erlebt. Insgesamt kann man etwas mehr Engagement und Pflege der Wohnung erwarten.

Fabuleux

Accueil très sympathique, souriant et charmant de Laura. Elle est disponible et nous a donné de bons conseils pour notre séjour. Concernant l’hébergement. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Sienne, San giminniano, Florence et autres perles de la région. La maison est située entre les vignes, les oliviers et la forêt, avec une belle vue vue sur San donnato . Au calme et proche du village qui offre d’excellents restaurants et des petits commerces essentiels (pharmacie, distributeur de billets, supérette). La maison est charmante et très bien entretenue. Les literies sont bonnes et il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement !

We loved the location, right between two vineyards. Fantastic little town nearby with two great restaurants. The road to the property was windy, but added to the seclusion. We would definitely comeback and stay again.

This is a wonderful roomy 2 bedroom (we use 2nd for our luggage, etc.). Property is beautiful, close to many small lovely towns. Laura was wonderful. Great sitting outside on spacious patio enjoying the local cheese and wine. Would go back!!

Toskana plus Lauras Anwesen ist der perfekte Urlaub! Man erreicht in fünf Minuten die Superstrada und von dort viele der schönsten Orte in der Toskana. Nachmittags dann zurück, die Ruhe und den großen Pool genießen – wie schön! Der Nachbarort San Donato wird in manchen Reiseführern zwar nicht erwähnt, ist aber hübsch und bietet empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, und Laura ist eine liebenswerte, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, bei der man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt! Deshalb: 5 Sterne.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben in San Donato eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Von der Terrassen hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen. Man kann von dort aus viel unternehmen,, neben Städten wie Siena und Florenz gibt es eine Menge zu entdecken. Die Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 4 Personen, zudem gibt es einen wunderschönen Pool. Frau Bruni spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Quiet and Peaceful, in the heart of Chianti.

The perfect home base for a stay in Tuscany if you have a car. We’d get home in the afternoon, unwind at the pool and enjoy the view across to San Donato. 45 min to the park and ride in Florence. 40 min from Siena. 1hr from the coast. Excellent location, wonderful accommodations, right in the heart of the Chianti of Tuscany.

Wat een heerlijke plek!

Heel fijne plek in mooie omgeving. Veel uitstapjes gemaakt naar verschillende stadjes. Florence op een half uur afstand. Huisje was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad met genoeg privacy. Aardige verhuurder die veel leuke tips had. Zeker een aanrader!

Wir hatten die untere Wohnung - mit Schatten auf der Terrasse am Morgen und einem tollen Sonnenuntergang über den toskanischen Hügeln jeden Abend! Eine schöne Woche, alles wunderbar, von der Wohnung ist man schnell in Siena und Florenz und ist mitten im Chianti. Der Pool ist toll - sehr tief - eher zum Schwimmen als zum Plantschen. Die Gastgeber wohnen auf dem Gelände, sehr herzlich, aber zurückhaltend. Eine tolle Wohnung! Mille Grazie!

Ein Traum!

Wir (2 Erw.+ 2 Kinder) haben uns 10 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön. Der Kontakt und die Anreisebeschreibung waren sehr gut. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht in diesem sehr schön ausgebauten Haus ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit in allen Lagen. Uns haben sie bei unserer ungeplant sehr späten Anreise mit Nudeln und Vino ausgeholfen! Viele hilfreiche Tips zur Besichtigung und zum Einkaufen haben wir ausprobiert. Im angrenzenden Ort findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Unsere Lieblingslokale war Ciccino und Palazzo Pretorio. Auch ein Tipp der Besitzer. Danke dafür. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Confortable, calme et bien situé

Ce séjour fut des plus reposants dans une région exceptionnelle. Le point fort du gîte est la piscine: grande, propre et bien aménagée. Le domaine offre une vue splendide sur le village de San Donato, les couchers de soleil sont fabuleux. L'appartement est bien disposé et très spacieux. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement ainsi que le Wi-Fi. Le linge de maison est compris et ce n'est pas négligeable : les valises sont allégées... La situation du gîte est parfaite pour sillonner entre les points d'intérêt : Florence, Pise, Lucques, San Gimignano, Sienne... Les vignes sont omniprésentes même autour du gite et les points de dégustation de Chianti sont nombreux.... Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis et conseillés. Nous repartons totalement dépaysés et ravis même si nous sommes contents de quitter la chaleur extrême qui sévit ici. Ps: le chemin qui mène au gite est difficile à négocier les premières fois mais on s'y habitue ...

Beautiful apartment and pool, a real treasure to find

Immaculately clean apartment which has been well maintained by the owners, making it very easy to settle in.The shared pool is fantastic, with the advantage of being deep enough to have a diving board. The owners made us very welcome and the tips for local eateries and places to visit made our stay even better. Perfect for us with young children to have a quiet place to relax.
