Exclusive comfort for a small group- Countryside Tuscan Villa near Florence

My villa is hidden in Tuscan countryside among olive groves, vineyards and woodland. However, downtown Florence is only 16km away (25 mins drive)! The villa can host max 6 people and one infant (one king bed, two single beds, one double sofa bed).
The property has a spacious living room with a couch sleeping two if necessary. Smart Tv, you can log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime or other streaming platforms. The kitchen is very big and has everything you might need to cook your meals. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, each on a different level, can comfortably accommodate 4 people. There is also a wooden cot and a chair for an infant, available upon request. Pet friendly property! The house stretches on 3 levels, there are stairs. While away, spend your time by relaxing in the garden, which is equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue to cook your charcoal grilled meats or vegetables, an outdoor shower to cool down while sunbathing and a ping-pong table. Florence itself, is like an open air museum, reserve at least two full days to visit the least you must see! Discover the beauty of surrounding countryside with a hike and unwind with a view of picture-perfect vineyards! There are multiple wine tasting opportunities, one also walking distance from here, so you can taste as much wine as you wish, no need to drive back! Yes, we border with the world famous Chianti wine region! Amazing, UNESCO protected landscape all around! One can also go for day trips to many beautiful medieval towns scattered on the hills of Tuscany from here.
I can recommend excellent restaurants; you must know where to go if you want an authentic culinary experience ;)
